mule electronic welcome to our old friend andreas (aka swell session / statless / andreas saag). andreas is well known artist in nu jazz scene and have released many great stuff. recently he moved to berlin from goethenburg, sweden and into more electronic stuff. this time he teamed up with friend cazuma. cazuma released two single on berlin label kurbits records

the producer behind these mind-blowing slabs of heavyweight disco-funk perfection was one jp source, an exile from the geordie ibiza (that will be blackpool) and geordie mecca (erm, newcastle) now living out in the sticks in the states, far from home. the eps title, >get your bearings<, is reference to his struggles to come to terms with his new surroundings.
three tracks, all tried and tested, all disco dynamite. since he sent us these killer edits, jp source has begun to pick up interest elsewhere. he recently released an excellent ep of original material on audio parallax and has material forthcoming on edit, zzr and art star records. we reckon he has got a big future. all the more reason to >get your bearings< and dive into his bedmo disco debut…

formerly known as just onze this nice guy now officially uses -rené onze- as his artist name. rené already released an ep on areal records, circle music and remixed for lexy s -chronicles- (mbox001) and pour la vie records. played & supported by dubfire, anderson noise, hugo, paco osuna, broombeck, alex flatner and many more.

in 2011 some berlin based recordshops try to reclaim the streets with the so called >record store day< for the first time in germany. also kann was asked for a limited vinyl to support their concern. on that specific occasion we bring a new two track ep except for the regular series. kann rsd breaks ranks with an extra beautiful edit of the awesome witchwaver sunglitters, composited by nuremburgs essay. b-side builts back the bridge to the label and gives finally >aperture< from sevensol & bender the appropriate space. the track was originally released on kann00 in 2008. for the artwork kann is pretty happy to won over famed – a chummy art collective – for doing an impressing independent work.
