repress! when three people run a label together it is exceptionally rare to find a positive unified opinion of a record on first listen. when isolée sent his -mangroove- ep to maeve, this was in fact what happened. but it is isolée after all.... mangroove came about last summer when the drifter happened to catch isolée s live set at a festival in switzerland. instantly blown away by the a side -pisco- he was determined to find out what it was and if it was to be released. after chatting, isolée suggested that he would send -pisco- along with a couple of other -demos- to maeve and a few days later the ep was happening. isolée has created some of the most important and beautiful records of our generation and has being a huge influence on what we do, thus we are incredibly excited and humbled to release his work. this three track ep shows several different sides of the frankfurt native, from the a-side dance floor catalyst that is -pisco- to the deeper dubbier b-sides of -l5 syndrome- and -mangrove-. this is the perfect record to mark our tenth release.

august 2016 saw running back release a first volume of live tracks from redshape, but january 2017 sees the much loved artist return to delsin, his most regard label, for a second offering of the same. this time the ep has one track made in paris, and one in london, and both are filled with the sort of beautifully bleak and lo-fi sounds that have made this man such a standout artist over the years. up first is london, a chugging track that builds in pressurised layers of coarse hi hats, gurgling bass and pinging kick drums. it is a hypnotic groove that teases you as elements drop in and out and hisses of static and broken little guitar riffs add some cheeky funk. on the flip-side, paris is much more playful, with colourful pixelated melodies dancing about the mix, industrial drums working down low and steppy synths fleshing things out. overall it sounds like a future disco for inebriated robots and is one of redshape s more party starting tracks.

nights get ever colder. the label owned by paris stalwart djulz welcomes back an old friend in anonym, the man responsible for bcr006 and bcr021 returns for a four-track outing which includes a remix from orlando voorn. sultry atmospherics and masterful production are evident throughout this crisp new addition to the bass culture catalogue, another instant classic from the detroit badboy anonym.the first of the four tracks on this ep goes by the name of castaway, and its effortless groove will have you drifting away to a desert island the second you hear it. as a slightly obscured vocal repeats castaway over and over, youre lulled into a dreamlike state. simple and highly effective, its progression is subtle and invigorating. right after that we have dutch supremo orlando voorn taking charge of the remix and pushing the track deeper into celestial territory with flashes of synth that transport you out into the cosmos. the atmosphere of the original is expertly retained, with a steady pace and cool, mellow vibes throughout. flip the record over and there are two more killer cuts. first we have doin it to ya body, which keeps things minimal and straight to the point. bright disco strings lie at the heart of this track, slowly weaving their way in and out of the background while the drums and rugged b-line keep your feet moving and head bopping. lastly, wara coco offers more hypnotic vibes drawing you with its dainty melody, dancing around the top end, while a mean bassline throbs away, deep down in the low end. its an strong combination and finishes off the ep in style.

future sessions is proud to bring you a release from the owner and operator of finale sessions and one half member of the legendary balance recordings imprint with the legendary chez damier . so we will start you with the first track which is a remix of the classic track chez damier never knew love with michael zuckers take on the track which gives it a real dancefloor driven sound with its funky guitar streams filled with filtered synths and perfect drum programming and then we get to the second track wisdom and knowledge feat. maya angelou filled with her masterful poetry and michael zuckers pads and deeeeep bass and perfect drums gives it what it needs to flow streamingly then last but not least we have jacobs ladder with is smooths pads and its mesmorizing and hypnotic keys but the drums are the key to this track ..we want to thank you at future sessions for giving us the oppurtunity to do what we do and we thank you for the support.

a fistful of wax is an extension for some very special projects of our beloved deep house skylax records sub label wax classic. for this 3rd release, we give you the opportunity to grab 4 fantastic trax done by some of the best deep house producers at the moment.a1 is done by some hot new guys straight from minsk s80 & overture whats up.a2 has been made by kid mark got to know who released some hot tunes with nick beringer through swink music.while on the b side we have also 3 bomb tracks featuring first on b1 rosenhaft ccmf whos done some tracks for 124 recordings too.b2 is done by the great alexander moralez & house of kotu suffer who is completely hot right now, throwing up parties in st petersburg, this track is clearly a pure deep house anthem.b3 and last is mike lee aka love island a feelin in a an ibiza balearic house stylethose tracks are all firmly rooted into the deep house sound.they never settle into one comfortable, predictable groove. its heady, emotion-rich grooves include warm, melodic two-step and future garage flavas, dubwise slo-mo grooves. it s eclectic, no doubt, but thanks to those guys warm production and heavy deep vocals, this release will put your hands up in the air marvellously
