part two in the private pressing series of bottin! again crazy limited and extremely good! two hot tracks covering each one side with upbeat italo tracks that takes no prisoners! the funk driven aextacy on the a-side with its sexy vocals leaves not one girl on the side! on the flip there is teak lover with is pure italo drive and bouncing bassline and bombastic synths. disco just don t get much hotter then this. recommended!

murphy jax and mike dunn with some classic chicago tracks as if dj international is still in its hay days! murphy jax sharp production catches the 25 year old chicago house vibes and delivers a more then excellent tribute with one of the greatest voices in house. and a great debut too! on remix duty its legowelt and alden tyrell doing what they do best... tearing up the dancefloor with devastating remixes. legowelt in a psychedelic way and tyrell throws in some 303. difficult to pick a favorite with these three versions

nice price deal !!! the final 12 inch vinyl taken from the turn the page album. whilst other tunes have hinted at it, >metroplex< fully embraces their inherent love of techno with huge half-time 808s and synths that would make juan atkins chomp at the bit. one for those who know and a lovely surprise for those who are yet to know. on the flip >future shock< sticking with the vintage outboard gear sounds the guys then up it once more for one final drum & bass rollout that has killer written all over it. turn it up, close your eyes and get marching!

the vinyl a side of release no.002 is brought by one of the label owners himself. alex niggemann. jewels is a track that gives you the sensation or maybe a vague feeling that something wild is going to happen. alex niggemann builds up the tention slowly. with a deep beat and some ethnical vocals he combines the secrets of an ancient world with the nowadays club scene. the warm toned percussions groove at a pace that definitely makes you move your feet, then your hips follow until your whole body moves to the rythmn. with lots of athmospheric details alex niggemann has created an audio piece to start perfect open air dj sets with. listening closely to it one can determine bells, street noises, sounds of goats or sheeps and a crowd talking. these elements are floating timelessly and combine into a hypnotic wave of sounds. to create a striking dynamic the producer has used calmness within intense passages. but the slightly more suble moments soon open up and harmonic string chords form into the arrangement which are eclapsing in the vocal hook line, one can barely not memorize. after former releases at labels such as hi-freaks and kindisch the recenty formed soulfooled is proud to present this munich dj and producer team with a staggering new track, findling & lihab created a deephouse mix with ol times combining smooth vocals with raw edgy chords.

go hiyama has always been a very interesting artist for me, ever since he emerged in 2002 on james ruskins coda label. both his musical & production style have changed a lot since then and i personally feel theres still no one out there who comes near to what he is doing. we planned on working together since a long time now and i am glad we finally made it work with this brilliant 4 tracker. no fillers. all 4 tracks have been tested thoroughly in my sets and always stood out as highlights.

the blanche hudson weekend is here. featuring caroline and darren (ex-manhattan love suicides) along with a bunch of other weekenders, and bringing to you all kinds of noise, fuzz, melody, dissonance, rawness, killer tunes and buzzsaw pop. take a bit of 1960s girl group sounds, mix with girls in the garage type ramshackle production, add some gun slugging guitars and sugar sweet vocals with a keen ear for a great hook, then lock the doors, bolt the windows, switch off the phone, kill the lights, turn up the volume to ear splitting levels and enjoy the blanche hudson weekend.

after the more then excellent label debut fit 001 (pittmann) we have the follow up for you by jamal moss (iamthatiam, aka hieroglyphic being aka the sun god aka jack-fm.) as iamthatiam, moss builds upon the sounds of his citys rich musical legacy and directs it into an area that is his most definitely his own. his sound is expressive, experimental, emotional and powerful. within this ep there are three deep, dark and dirty tracks that blend the boundaries between techno, house, industrial and ambient electronic music. fit sound is a label that strives to push the experimental nature of dance music, and that is exactly what moss has done right here.

with a sound that straddles electro, funk, disco and house, oslo based duo ost & kjex return with their second long-player cajun lunch on hamburg based imprint, diynamic. the debut album, to their big surprise awarded them a nomination for best electronica album at the norwegian grammys and the pair continued to develop their sound on releases such as more songs about cheese and revolutionary tarts, how not to be a biscuit and boston food strangler. since then the food boys have awoken, got their hands on some serious sounds and started shredding out tunes aimed at the dance floor.

the third baud release was created by don williams. the label-operator of mojuba, a.r.t.less and wandering contributes the ep >dynamic rain<. the title track opens the a-side. carried away by a kick-drum and completed by funky rotating sound objects, which will create hypnotic moments on the dance floor. then the a-side seamlessly moves into the dropping and beat-less >rain reprise<. soft sound drops serve as the clock-generator to complete this side. the b-side track >glis groove< emerges with a rolling beat and chord attacks, to finally lose itself in a bleeping, synthy-cloud
