das album black kiss aus dem jahr 2020 begründete ihren aufstieg, und der nachfolger queen of the night aus dem jahr 2022 zementierte ihren wohlverdienten status als goth-lieblinge. aber vandal moon ist nicht die typische gothic-band. gründer blake voss hat sich schon immer den erwartungen des genres widersetzt. tatsächlich war vandal moon ursprünglich als ein experimentelles elektronisch-psychedelisches projekt geplant. seitdem hat sich die band zu gleichen teilen zu post-punk, synthpop, gothic und synthwave entwickelt.

the two label runners combine forces for the deeply old skool ep. saiyan and luna-c bring the simple joy of the old rave sound to their ep, with two tracks cut in the style of the early breakbeat scene of 1992, and one track that stems from a little later, when things got more 4x4 and slightly tougher. all the tracks on the ep are made with a majority of hardware rather than the standard software of today, and the result is a warm, analogue, and absolutely true to its era ep of rolling breaks, deep basslines and uplifting vibes!

conceptual drum n bass album by kos.mos.music, which has been prepared for several years and consists of tracks united in their unordinary commonness. in a word, the general genre of the album is drum n bass, but all the tracks and each in particular are a mixture of different electronic genres based on drum n bass and jungle rhythm. one can hear sounding of idm, ethnic patterns, feel a strong influence of psychedelic electronics and in patches even some techno.
the album is opened by the harsh reality by loucura & dailiv - a powerful halfstep based on kick and bass, hypnotizing pads and drones with putting in trance melody. further dynamics of the album varies from dancefloor rolling tracks by electrosoul system, liquitek, vortex involute to avant-garde dissident & marginal, deep liquid tracks by nclear, triple sky, nummix, basic maneuver, bop & electrosoul system collab and breakbeat/jungle track by pryzma. the album is closed by shamanic bass track by light monday.

you cant stop deetroit. back again with his (her?/their?) third 12 inch on unknown deetroit featuring 4 deep and dirty house and techno cuts with a taste of acid: u feel it, deeviant, deetroit conspiracy and flow. apparently inspired by three weeks of internet speculation spawned by a simple question as to the true identity of deetroit. 250+ comments on facebook later and unknown deetroit followers explain that it simple does not matter! again its all about the music and that music is deep house and / or techno! long live udr!  hand stamped white labels. gonna be big bitches!
