we are happy to welcome ghosts of the sky in the family, 65th & lawndale is a deep and strong track sitting in a side, magical chords, stomping bass and lush drums are the secret of this beauty, a future classic. on the other side, melanin is a bit darker with its flowing pads and acidic bassline, really personnal. acieeed, like you might imagine is a pure acid jam in its most classical form. a fantastic ep we are proud of.

belfast based champion sound music returns with its first release of 2013 in what is set to be a busy year for the young label in their venture to support the growing wave of talented irish electronic producers.

its been three years since ghosts on tape (a.k.a. ryan merry) last released an ep of his own, and while the san francisco-based producer has remained busy on the remix front, many have likely missed the transformation hes undergone in the interim.

shhhh006 will be released on 12 inch vinyl including cd. the vinyl is strictly limited to 190 sales units with each of the records coming with a colored banner-sticker! includes remixes by mathias schaffhäuser, bob humid (aka robert edwin), bluff and matthew adams. at least knowing vinyl is kept alive.

the predator mode ep is the hottest tropical bouillabaisse you ever tasted, and to top it all off, we only went and got a remix from the uk funky don known as roska. with fans already including modeselektor, hudson mohawke, diplo, martyn, kode9, rustie and more, you want to get onto this sharpishhh.

side a sees the bristol based duo appleblim and komonazmuk join forces once again to create a deep, dubby, techno house remix which fires on all cylinders. appleblim is one of the worlds hottest producers right now, many know appleblim from his legendary work with peverelist under the name skull disco, he also mixed the fifth in the series of dubstep allstars on tempa back in 2008 and is also enjoying the success of his own label apple pips which will see the release of an appleblim and komonazmuk collaborative project inspired by the success of the remixes they have done together. on the flip it s up to marlow to deliver finest dubstep melancholy.
