after 4 years promoting events and spreading happiness all over france, it’s time for the lyon based crew to extend its artistic vision through their own label. if you’ve already been to one of their parties you know what to expect. if not, look forward to the happiest vibe around!

pvs is an artist who is known for his solid productions on his own label h.omevvork (just to remind you of his masterpiece of four years fuckin society) and on the prestigious m_rec ltd label of max_m who sadly passed away (r.i.p.), and key vinyl. after years of experience in his private life and professional life that involved travelling around europe, he took a moment of break from the scene. now he’s back and will release this own musical journey where he deeply expresses his personal musical maturity. pvs developed an album where nothing has been produced randomly. the album can definitely be defined as a techno album, as is the general concept of key vinyl - records that can be heard on the dance floor, but that can also be listened to at home. enjoy this album that shows 360 degrees techno by pvs.

calendar crowd was the duo of alan heaton and terence tiernan who met in their hometown of widnes, cheshire as schoolboys and played together in various bands in the ‘70s. in the ‘80s they formed a 6-piece band called room for humans and recorded one single“telephone telephone / girlfriend”. when the band split and alan and terence continued as calendar crowd in a more experimental direction. their influences were wide reaching: kraftwerk, neu, cabaret voltaire, eno, pil, and joy division.

crowd of one - formed in a bare, airless back room, lost in a labyrinthine warehouse in hackney, east london 2014. blissfully engulfed in a haze of cigarette smoke, music instruments and computer cables... there came, the improvised yet haunting, fused melodies that cascaded down the corridors, leading to the creation of this solo project. crowd of one debuts on resopal with five tracks and his mesmerizing dove ep. somewhere inbetween deepest electronics and mindblowin composing. check for yourself

here comes crowd of chairs! with fuck fuck fuck, their debut album, these ghent based noiseheads (winners of de beloften 2015) have created an energy and vibe that is unique to belgium. fff is a eleven-track trip that flirts with the bounderies of noiserock, post-punk and hardcore in the vein of liars, metz and pissed jeans. crowd of chairs really proves that there are no bounderies in energy. the young imprint live fast die young is set to bring the best from the buzzing belgian underground.

a violent disturbance in a crowd ep, stephan barnem delivers a rabble rousing three tracker ep of blistering techno. being heavily championed by maceo plex, this is another great release for his great ellum imprint. originally born in brazil, but raised between berlin and venice, stephan barnem. his latest 3 tracker on ellum is a powerful beast, featuring the lead track violent disturbance a hypnotic techno infused groover of epic proportions. on the flip and kina, featuring junyi on vocals gets tougher as we are spirited away in haze of hedonism. finally h is a dark destroy prodding the analogue underbelly of the ep into submission!

from the tropics comes whiskey disco, a sneaky re-edit label bent on dredging the decanter for diffident dancefloor genius from latent disco perpetrators. it is loosely connected to sleazy mcqueen and his assorted cohorts.
whiskey disco #28 lost in the crowd by olivier boogie showcases the dutch masters skills with the knife. he has created a 4 color palette that will leave crowds besot with boogie fever.

124black is the new sub label from 124 recordings with the aim of promoting a darker, harder sound firmly rooted in the underground. all releases are strictly limited and available only on 10 inch translucent vinyl. first up is jacob b, rapidly gaining a lot of recognition for his deep and chunky club cuts, aptly demonstrated on >basement crowd< with solid drums, suspense filled strings, a spoken word vocal and a bassline that shows you exactly where the title of this track comes from. next is another 124 family member, liam geddes late night jam, >somebody in the house<. with its haunting stabs, groovy baseline and snare rolls, this a simple, yet very effective track that works equally as well in a small club or large warehouse! on the b-side, cecil returns to 124 with >bv< a track very much aimed at the dancefloor and replete with the producers signature deep stabs and chords, that work alongside a sub bassline that you feel rather than hear. a peak time track...
