beau wanzer returns with another lp of archival material plucked from the mutant mounds of shitty coughs and smelly feet. wanzer digs deep and delivers twelve tracks in his inimitable style, with some dating as far back as 1999. the brutal electronic punk productions like something stinks are balanced with moldy movements such as staring at at fish. this lp takes a more vocal heavy and menacing approach, but it s not without moments of respite. undoubtedly another oozing outing from the chicago deviant.

this record definitely takes a bit more of a layered approach - natan h offers us yet another unique, immersive, and charismatic release for acid camp records. acid camp records is rolling through again, this time with an artist known for his atmospheric and cosmic-oriented tracks, natan h. conveying inspiration for this record, just a little nod to extrasensory experiences and perception, is undoubtedly fitting for acrs second release. the opening track, atmosphere, breaks away from 4/4 timing with o-kilter drums that traverse into a heavier beat, pushing the track forward just to bring it right back at the end. followed up with a remix from techno serialist, conforce. through his use of a low pass filter, polyrhythms, and fervor conforce delivers a track nothing short of the prototype for driving techno. remote view pt. i turns out an ambient break and taking the listener to a space of the ethereal and planetary. the ep closes with remote view pt. ii, which incorperates layers of hi-hats, delayed strings, and synths that alternate throughout the arrangement in syncopation.

nail is a bit of a legend. with his career flourishing once again it seems there are plenty of ears alert to his next musical move: a limited edition and individually numbered nine-track double pack on shabby doll called nite music . and they re not going to be disappointed. this collection shimmers and shines, packed with gleaming house music designed both for early evening head-nodding and early hours hands-in-the-air moments. from deeply delicious tracks like angel dub and lunar views to harder-edged delights like track two and bikky swing , nail has created another must-have set for the fast-expanding shabby doll catalogue.

after being returned from his abduction by aliens from the hidden planet nibiru, dj overdose was given an alien synthesizer the haex-hrll as a thank you for all the cerebral research the aliens did on him. on returning back to earth all dj overdose had to do was finish the 6 tracks the aliens had started to work on, which became this ep. straight forward techno hop electro funk without any fancy-pants pretentious hooha. its like a black and white movie which makes you think why the hell is there colors anyway?! after completion, the only record label he could imagine being fit for such rawness would be viewlexx... and so here it is.

for nearly two decades, ploink has promoted techno nights around norway, presenting local talent as well as some of the biggest acts from around the world. we just really like techno. our definition of the genre is fairly wide though, constantly evolving, which we have attempted to reflect in this our first release, compiling four very different tracks by local producers from our hometown of bergen. setting up a label branch has for years been a burried, old plan. to us, techno parties, no matter how unique and brilliantly planned, have such a short lifespan, and as such it feels good to finally start releasing something that can get a life of its own, perhaps grow into something entirely different.

mancunians and have lead the way when it comes to the industrial techno revolution of recent times and now serve up three such tracks on ann aimee. coming after plenty of great work on their own eponymous imprint.
