here comes part 2 of the forever young puzzle series by h.o.s.h.we all had our dreams when we were young. its never too late to live them. this is basically what this special series which h.o.s.h. presents us here on diynamic is all about. consisting of 4 releases with all together 8 tracks on limited to 500 copies 10inch vinyls, each of the 8 tracks presents a character of a child dream.

in the past our releases have had a lot of support from excellent djs – but never so much as with geiom’s glesprin ep. this year ben ufo, sully, beneath, the black dog, brackles, midland, spatial, al tourettes, hackman, happa, west norwood cassette library and of course geiom have all played tracks from the ep.

2013 repress / release number 6 from our label brings us oscar muleros latest work, proof that the new sounds hes experimenting with do not constitute at all a departure from his command of the rawest side of the purest techno. horses, oscar muleros new ep, takes us back to the mulero that the majority of the public will recognise, to the overwhelming sound that has led him straight to the top over the past two decades. the record opens with like a wolf: broken drum beats, sharp hats, fm basses and dynamic white noise drones whose energy never falters throughout the track. horses, the second track, gives the record its name and offers intricate rhythm programming, dark atmospheres and acid sounds that, as a whole, create a mental and hypnotic feeling. the closing track is in a silent way, which runs along similar lines to the previous two, but with less bpms and with an obsessive sequence that mutates and develops throughout the track leaving the listener with a mills aftertaste, but with a berliner touch.

..together again. coyu and edu imbernon, the hottest spanish producers join his forces again to make another enormous ep. they know the summer is coming so they ended up with a track that was made to play with the sun shining over our heads. open air is a track that will refresh your mind, pure techno coming from the mediterranean sea. although the remix is coming from cold germans lands, and after their great success with imprint of pleasure, tube & berger have manage to edit a fresh cut that perfectly complements the original one. without any doubt is the best ep to start the summer with. its hot!

a four-track ep, bemired and evil-eyed, but with room for arnaldo to breathe out and flex a little after his spooked, sparked contribution to blank slate 001. the opener is a dubwise bubbler, with spaced-out keys, free woodblocks, shuffling hi-hats and elastic 303 bass. atmosphere breached is more jazzy and messed-up, running funky organ through sizzling fx, syncopated handclaps and filtered groans. the flip is dancefloor-trained. our pick of the bunch, verano is in a dark, hissing, aqueous world of its own, chugging and stomping, with relentless tambourines, crunchy filtered tribal drums and detuned horns. heads down to close: lost voices and a 909 kick, chattering hi- hats and rattling percussion administer the licks.

melodram recordings is back with this new 4 track epwhich includes 2 original tracks and 2 remixes by our homies natan h & ene! soul thing is an exercise for brain dancing. a deep introspection based on an hypnoticassortment of cymbals, snares and other infectious elements, like those incisivemelodies, to create some house-disco and low techno. a slow tempo that lets you listen to each instrument separately. academic snare rumblesfrom analog drum machines, strong paces and much depth that perfectly fit with melodram. enjoy!

with the track *time machine*, dj and producer michael nielebock provided us with a fantastic debut on our deep circus label. his first success came for the berlin resident with the track pure visionson the treibstoff label, which entered the charts and the record cases of many international djs. his productions all are characterized by a driving groove, mixed with spherical elements, strings and synth-sounds. with *time machine* he also managed to bring this mixture to perfection in cooperation with his studio buddy leevey, thus creating a track which will make the day and caress the ears of many outdoor dancers this summer.
the second track on the ep is a wonderful remix by burak sar aka sis, who recently released his second album *confidance* on his label cocolino. the sis remix stays close to the original track, but reduces the spherical sounds and puts a greater focus on the basses, resulting in a great piece with a lot of deepness. nice!

at the edge of failure a door to greater understanding and discovery is sometimes opened. some of mankinds greatest discoveries and experiences took place by sheer coincidence or even by mistake. from the big bang, to penicillin, or the invisible light we call x-rays, chance and human error has played a big part of our history and evolution as a species - can we really afford to be perfect when we owe our mistakes and weaknesses so much?

earlier in the year oliver schories invited us on a journey. to leave all our worldly worries far behind, to swoon in the hazy breeze and dabble in fleeting late night romances. to dip toes in shimmering, crystal cool waters and fill trainers up with sand. to be carried off deep into a dreamy imagined summer ... now summer is here and it is time to revive those lushly woven fantasies, and bask in exit anew.

without trying to making it into a thing in its own right, there is a bit of a coincidence that is appearing for some of our houndstooth artists. following dylan richards chrysalis-like metamorphosis into house of black lanterns, alec storey is the latest artist to shift phase and re-christen his output after signing to our label, progressing from the al tourettes moniker in favour of the more becoming, second storey. whilst his new name might be in homage to the musical path set forth for him by his father, the four-track margosa heights ep sounds very little like anything you have heard from the bristol based producer before.

every label needs a strong summer release and we are pretty sure we found ours for this summer. from the very first second we heard this demo from stockholm based producer claes rosen (1/2 of dubstep duo l-wiz) we knew this would be one of our fave releases on local talk. seriously, its a real beauty! with a slight r&b touch, melodic chords and thumping house rhythms both tracks have that perfect contrast of soulful deepness and an uplifting feel. on the a-side daydreaming is a club friendly track with a bumpy house rhythm and smart r&b samples…the perfect summer tune! the b-side with wonderful is exactly what is says it is…wonderful! it is deep soulful house at its very best and music that puts a smile on your face every time your hear it. all in all its a fantastic package of exquisite house music ... enjoy the summer folks :)
