mouth music, ein schottisch inspiriertes musikprojekt mit den kernmitgliedern martin swan und talitha mackenzie, mischte gälischen gesang (einschließlich der traditionellen „mundmusik“-techniken gesungener rhythmen) mit afrikanischen perkussions- und tanzklängen. das selbstbetitelte debütalbum wurde ursprünglich 1990 auf dem plattenlabel triple earth auf cd und in begrenzter stückzahl auf vinyl veröffentlicht. die gälischsprachige musik ist nun durch diese wiederveröffentlichung von forest jams einem größeren publikum zugänglich.
