ltd 2024 repress!!! finally we close the ep with woman, a track thats probably about as close as the ds boys get to a smooching torch song. lush pads and strings bring a deeper vibe to proceedings but the female spoken word samples keep the energy high and ensure things never stray too far from the floor.

repress - the brilliant initial outing from kerri chandler on large music gets a re-issue and sounds just as fresh and influential as it did in 1995. darker and more minimal than kerri s output at the time on labels such as king street and freetown, this four track ep set the tone and sound of large for most of the late 1990s. all four tracks feature the trademark chandler bassline, jazzed-out trippy chords, and chopped up vocals. this is a timeless classic and a must have for any serious house vinyl connoisseur.

iconic deep house label large music returns to the vinyl market with a limited repress of the classic kerri chandler release return 2 acid. first pressed in 2005, this was the 100th release on large and has been out of print for 10 years. the a side features kerri s powerhouse tribute to the glorious days of acid house laced with driving beats and an incessant 808 acid line. on the flip side kerri goes old-school, this time with an electro afrika bambaataa influenced jam entitled planet sonic. also included for this special reissue is the unreleased acapella of return 2 acid solidifying this as a true collectors item
