136° club - known as a established club in hamburgs redlight district, is now launching a new music label: 136 degreerecordings. a symbiosis of club and music is about to begin. their first release named sinus ep comes along with strong and arms wide open sounds. frederick alonso, kevin over or neal porter are just some of the names to be mentioned who add their great sound to this first ep. special focus on tapesh and his great remix of muovos track called clap your hands. grooving, pumping and drivining deep and tech house will be characteristic for the first release. a great album in all its facets - it makes you looking forward to whats coming up next. its all about their love for 4/4 grooves.

touching upon dance musiculatory milestones like detroit techno and electro, nsyde007 sees tyon, a well-known but besides this moniker for now anonymous traveller, summoning up atmospheres totally his own. this is space music. but not in the ra sense. take the a-side flaw 11, for instance. this is space music in the way it catapults you out, like the most terrible mistake made by man-machine, into the farthest reaches of an ever faster expanding universe, dark energy tearing at your nipples until they rip off, resemblances of melody orchestrating the drama/bliss of event horizon passage. its dark yet beautiful, like the smile on a dying persons face, and a heavily psychedelic trip at that � but fear not! you won�t be subjected to any despicable noodleage here, just to weird, intensely warped sounds you want to dance your ass off to. make it fat on the other side is the sci-fi equivalent to hänsel und gretel: a perpetuating feeding of the child-to-be-eaten. the finest in andromeda�s hyper-fattening molecular cuisine gets crammed into the gagging brat as doom is looming over its forehead. and with every spoon thats being recklessly punched into the poor little demon�s face it is getting closer to its, as well as the dancers ultimate goal: total nirvana. pressed on black vinyl.

bucharests electronic scene is surely flourishing these days. new artists, new sounds and, not least, new labels appear almost every day. it was time for old comrades piticu and herodot to start one of their own. unanim is the name they have unanimously chosen to represent them. first come out the sounds of piticu which are rather techno and agressive. it is time to dance on both sides of tipic ep and we unanimously like the ideea.

scotland-born parisian paradise 100 (a.k.a. dj africa, a.k.a. graham peel) has been percolating stripped-back, bouncy-castle house constructs onto the web for a few years but never locked them in wax until now. high time. following his minimalist dictum *more than three tracks on a song is just indulgence*, his debut eps four cuts share a sleek, spare design, jigsawing slinky bass, classic keys, lean drum programming and flashes of synth mirage into fluid, aerodynamic patterns. touches of melodic acid and crossover new wave color the mood an exotic, hedonistic hue (further evinced by titles like the loin king and french kissing in the house of love). his own vision of the project is appropriately fantastical: *the image in my mind is of tropical forests at night, torchlight, distant sounds of tribal ritual dance and ghosts.* regal music for pleasure domes.

top quality reissue of one of the holy grails of the deep house scene - the original deep south recordings release of mission controls classic *outer limits*. originally released in 1990, this floor-filling gem is one of the earliest productions by murk�s ralph falcon and one of his finest. with its deep analogue bass and cool spoken word vocals, it went on to become an underground classic and is now hugely in-demand with djs and collectors. on the flip is the often overlooked brilliance of *give yourself* by the other murk partner oscar g, a bass heavy slo-mo groover that just sounds incredible loud. absolutely essential, do not sleep!

for their sixth release, lets play house has headed down under to scoop up australias fantastic man, a second identity of dj/producer mic newman, with which the melbourne-based artist explores-and exposes-another side of his musical and stylistic skills. and the four original songs on the its essential ep most definitely mark a bit of a departure from newman�s trademark sounds: he has exchanged the thumping, peak-hour, hands-in-the-air chaos and messiness of hits like 2009s *sizzled sally* for a more refined and subtle breed of deep house.

phat fantastic deep chicago house with twisted acid sounds

absent from the shelves of record shops for some four years, the detroit wax label operated by eddie fowlkes resurfaced in style with last years unsung hero ep. thats what makes a track represents the seventh detroit wax transmission from fowlkes and sees the producer offer up a double does of his own distinct technosoul sound. lead track *thats what i think about* starts with a deep beat and then expands neatly, adding further rhythmic detail and a killer vocal hook: this is what makes a song cool, special. complementing this, *computer* has fowlkes on hypnotic form, mixing deep beats with cosmic sounds which are again elelvated by his usage of vocals...

for this release kurbits once again turns to the romanian artist faster aka laurentiu suciu. since fasters last release on kurbits in 2011, the romanian has established his position on the scene with gigs all over the world and quality releases on labels such as vinyl club and rora. on this release we see faster continiung and developing the deep and hypnotic sounds of previous releases. orchestra modificata is something as rare as a subtle big track. the pads sure speak the language of big room business, but in combination with the exquisite percussion work, the track takes us to exciting unexplored dimensions. on the flip we have daca vrei. its radiant mood and the laid back breakbeats, make it the perfect ingridient for those early morning sessions when a little pinch of sunshine is all you need to take the crowd to party heaven. we sincerely hope you ll have as much pleasure with these tracks as we a have. we ll be back soon with new and exciting rhythms.

deep site recordings presents karmine roscianos >sending my love ep<, exclusively on vinyl. karmine is no stranger to deep house fans around the globe with damn fine releases on imprints like um records, incepto deep, and city life. first off on the ep is his original track, sending my love. its a smooth deep funk dancefloor number peppered with groovy guitar, lush orchestral pads, and a sweet female vocal refrain. next up is a melodic and resplendent remix by vincenzo (dessous). placing the vocals more upfront, he then adds a wickedly infectious garage styled bassline and electric piano chords over the original sounds, creating a scorchingly deep track. the third song is another original from karmine, with you. beautiful piano lines coupled with funk bass and guitar flourishes soar over a driving deep house structure that accentuates a percussive discothèque feel. the final tune is a remix from alex neivel (large music/rvs). taking the original elements to a completely new place, alex emphasizes the late night mood with rich floating pads, dark spacey atmospherics, as well as perfectly timed rhythmical pauses.

third ear drops five cuts from mgun (manuel gonzales). harsh and abrasive, aching and reflective by turns, the grainy sound of this music creates an aura all its own as the sounds resonate and reverberate against each other in deliberately unpredictable ways

lost in confusion is a 161 bpm mental techno long bloody tune. based on a sample from this mortal coil filgrees and shadows ithink) superb mental dark techno ambiance. b side starts with a sounds like a side tune, even more industrial and creeping. a cinematic tune. second tune of b-side gives a mentalcore kicker track 180 bpm, very industrial as well, full of breaks and solid tribal beat.

a demo tape, sent to capitol records by the trash company in the early 90s, garnered this curt response from then president of the r&b division, joy bailey: some music was never meant to be heard. thug records returns with one of the most intriguing releases to grace the catalogue so far. not restricted by any one scene, max monroe of the trash company produces a hypnotic medley of original hard edge rhythm & blues, soul dance and classic psychedelic punk wave textures. armed with a condition known as synesthesia meaning he perceives sounds, words and letters in terms of color and a 4 track cassette recorder, the trash company has spent the last 30 years as a bedroom recording genius.
