new kanada enters the emerging spring season with two cuts of hope and despair. on the a-side, adam marshall drops >vamp< - a 12-minute modal jazz monster that winds its way from a bass heavy dub to an swirling psychedelic quilt of sound. dripping modular sequences for girls in white. on the flip, nk presents a cut from toronto-based matt maaskant. >outside the cave< was recorded in his fathers grain silo in northern ontario and evokes smokey post-club memories. murrs delicate, gorgeous mix-down freezes the track into an example of fragile beauty - complete with fuzz clicks, choir ensemble and a deep 808 kick. burial meets bon iver. we are really feeling this one. music to fall out of love to. limited to 250 copies - clear red vinyl edition.
the album will be released on cd and vinyl. the vinyl release will contain remixes by gui boratto, heiko laux, estroe, gideon, ferreck dawn and mbc. early plays by: luciano, steve bug, laurent garnier, heiko laux, estroe, mark henning, luigi madonna.

benton is making a name for himself in the dubstep scene with his dark and brooding productions. he has released on labels like boxclever and biscuit factory but he is most well known for his tracks on n-types wheel & deal imprint.
always leena is the fertile breeding ground for inspiring artists that are new to the label and have caught the attention of mobilee’s label heads. this brand new release from smash tv is a perfect example of this vision in practice, as whilst the duo behind the name - holger zilske and kai preussner - have been in the game for quite some time, this is their first release on leena and it’s unsurprising that their high energy production and musical flair has been spotted and admired by the mobilee team. with releases in the past on labels such bpitch control, diynamic and get physical, now they are here to present ‘world wide wet’! all three tracks in the release come with the producers’ high energy dance-floor trademark, whilst in spite of it’s suggestive title ‘eating bullets’ takes it a bit deeper and gives you some space to kick back to. ‘world wide wet’ is a very welcome guest to leena, bringing more variety and spice to the imprints history so far…… enjoy

new kanada enters 11 with a an alpha ep from tolga fidan. haunting, percussive and emotional - tolga trots his mystical funk down the old thrace streets, and emerges with an ep full of personal darkness. >berg< is a mesmerizing monster of a cut, bristling with surprises. tolgas own vocal plays masterfully with dusty rave samples and woodblock jazz. watch this jack the shit out of the advanced dancefloor. >old< is a golden working tool, made for the mix. pounding drums and crashing chords. ottoman mathemetics gone wild.
the first new single from small world disco edits label in 2011 comes from the don of italy: ltj. dope.
a: you know - heavy on the bass with a light hihat pattern and mellow kick/snare creates the backing for delayed/reverberated vocals and synth stabs. a down beat boogie feel on this one and its infectious!
b: all the way - easygoing rhythms in this track create a great groove. the vocal is the principal theme giving lead to the bass line and percussive elements. laid back funk style!
right after the success of his massive crude ep on adam beyer s famous drumcode imprint, patrick comes up with the titletrack dome - and boy what a follow-up it is! over ten minutes patrick keeps the tension high, teases us with the raw force of dome over just a few little kickdrum pauses until the track goes through the roof in on hell of a break! on the flip we have hot mess, another primetime weapon, and this one patrick produced together with per hammar, who made a name for himself with releases on great stuff, starlight and kant over the last year, but it was especially his track el salvador on mija rec. a few months ago that introduced per to a bigger audience, causing quite a stir on dancefloors worldwide!
next dancefloor bomb on gregor treshers label with early support from 2000 and one, mathias kaden, anton pieete, joris voorn, christian smith, madskillz, butch and many many more...

the most favourite of italian producers, bottin, returns with an old project. tinpong is a collaboration between bottin and swiss singer joy freypong. these tasty masters were just gathering dust on an old hard disc in venice but when we heard them we just had to get these gems out there.
the first of the tinpong material is a cover version of a duran duran classic. set dials to 1982, >new religion< is of course one of the standout tracks from the classic >rio< album.

new chain is the debut long-player from new york s small black. richly coloured and thickly layered, it is an absorbing, eclectic and obsessive body of work. the brooklyn group have succeeded in melting together locked and popped drum-shudder, gauzy spirographic synths and subtly contagious, half-remembered melody into ebullient bursts of evocative, subliminal and thoroughly modern pop. the songs are equally informed by the rhythmic bounce and stylistic swagger of more left-leaning contemporary radio rap and r n b as it is the submerged kaleidoscopic swirl of the early 4ad dream factory.
digital download-code included.
new kanada presents a collection of superbly deep and tight emo house tracks by seuil. all three cuts here are made for the long mix, blending elements of classic house, deep techno and random dopeness into a very modern whole. >nine clouds< is a classic slow-acid burner with a long broken intro that unfolds into deep space. 93 hardcore meets global communication. >blank love< is a hazy delicate jacker with long noise echoes, an elastic lead and dripping steel drums … >lonely place< is drifting so far out, its almost gone … sublime and mellow, old and new … serious 10am vibe on this one.
morning factorys second yore ep, after their critically acclaimed debut ep forgotten moments, is clearly bursting of talent once again and without a doubt. once again weve got a hard-grooving four-tracker from netherlands duo jean-pierre van der leeuw and jozef lemmens (aka loves got me high and enzovoort) thats a match for anything else in the yore discography!

support by: magda, adam beyer, troy pierce, konrad black, ellen allien, damien lazarus, camea, alexi delano, tim xavier, joell mull, someone else, dilo, ambivalent, dustin zahn,.. british tech-house master mark henning is back on clink with an exciting collection of deep and funky tracks, perfect for spring and summer. this new series of artful techhouse encompasses our love for immersive and psychedelic music, and stays true to the fast developing sound of our imprint. the ep kicks off with the title track >supersonic< and presents all of the right elements that we love in trippy tunes: aquatic bass, transparent atmospherics, and an orbiting vocal to boot
naïf .. returnes on number 3 with two of efdemins favourite producers: nina kraviz and bodycode. nina kraviz, the restless dj and producer from moscow delivers a timeless house-track featuring her unique seductive vocals. her second contribution to this label is a reduced tool and is an integral part of efdemins dj-sets since almost a year. finally on vinyl, where it belongs. bodycodes track >a new species< was made in a rush in one early summer night in his apartment in ancient lisbon. like most of his music, this one opens the door to a new kind of music. yes, we are talking about the future here. two timeless tracks for your dj-bag, including acapellas of both tracks
a1. >everybody techno< - this is typical of gideons dance floor techno style, thick beats with a marching bass-line. from the first beat we are guided through a tough no-holds-barred trip into an unforgiving world of the darker sides of techno music. a retrospective vocal with a sinister laugh completes this evil peak-time track.
a2. >flight to right now< - this minimal track snaps along with a very basic beat and synth combo. the synth rises as the track progresses to keep dance floors moving. there is a wonderfully simple aspect to this track that gets under the skin and allows people to really connect with it.
b1. >recession tool< (vocal mix) - recession tool is a chunky tech house track with a wonderfully chewed up vocal and ever-present reverse snares. the track pumps forward until a nice rising breakdown lifts to complete with more vocals and intricate drum loops.
b2. >rico< - rico is a long progressive track with a slow builds and a warped lead line. the least aggressive track on the ep and possibly the least expressive. that said, it still ticks along seamlessly with a perfectly crafted warble and smart drums.
quality extended player from smooth agent records featuring dope cuts from the uks nebraska who brings the super sick green marimba thats as much house as it is dirty tech, james blackstar johns techers untitled, & south africas blaq soul who finishes the 12 inch with down to my root.
a new release on small world disco edits, two sublime reworked soul classics by nicholas.
side a: willie edit - melodic bass line intertwined within a driving kick drum and lovely percussive elements. the strings make this song stand out - along with the chopped up vocals.
side b: love is - the vocals really bring this track alive. heavy on the drums, bass and hats, this track really grooves - laced with brass!
played by: matthias tanzmann, audiofly, ray okpara, julien chaptal, anthony collins, pablo cahn, johnny d, gorge, nick curly,... 8 bit continue their tradition of presenting the next names to break through in the german underground scene, with this new ep from steffen deux. the mannheim based producer delivers new york sun ep , a 4 track ep for the deeper heads featuring standout single new york sun plus so flow , would you dance . following his first release yankee clipper on air london, new york sun reinforces steffen deux as a new name to watch out for.
everybody loves summer & house music, and of course so do we! these four tracks by our italian and spanish friends have already been hammered on various open air floors by the usual suspects, and especially marco effe s track chesley had people running up into the dj-booth trying to find out what it is. well, today we finally have the answer.
but also romano and luca, who both have made a name for themselves with releases on break new soil as well as various other imprints are showing why they are two of the keyplayers of modern house-music from italy. and last but not least danny serrano & hector coutu deliver a classic groove monster that will bring new boosts of energy to preparties, prime-time sets and after-hour dancefloors as well.
contempt-music-prodution presents the next hardtechno record with 4 hard banging tracks. a-side we have some industial style from orman bitch with the track new kind of music. and a massive remixe by royal ash. on the b-side contempt music is proud to present 2 strong tracks from no one less then dj hammond.
immaculate expansive night music. written and recorded between hungry ghosts studios in west london and a remote kent shed the attention to gear on both tracks is really rather special. the view is from above, the lights... are they on? there is life underground: these shall not last long.
new kanada is honored to have the awesome murr (aka nicholas murray) take the reins on the next release. dusty drums, worn-out pads and a deep respect for the early beatsmiths, nick always creates an atmosphere in his tracks that is definitely not the flavor of the month - but rather the taste of the year. on the a-side, >noise in< is a tough dusty jacker, that builds from a tight dub intoa shimmering melodic bomb. feels like early transmat, late gherkin, or an americanized lfo. shuffle, simmer, and slam. the second cut on the a-side, >broken glass<, is a slamming ode to the sp1200. beats swung hard, percussion rattling the kilter way off, and a suffocating groove. watch out - the shards are sharp. on the b-side, marshall reshapes the original >noise in< into a brutal example of a tough mixing tool. heavy, pulsing basslines and an incessant jack groove. this one should move the floor. red, yellow and orange. rockit!
