vierzehnnullvier is a potsdam / berlin based label that will start with a release by an artist called unholded. the first vinyl is supplemented with a remix work by the incredible and well known artist bruno pronsato. nothing more to say but ... vinyl first!

after a two-year break, detroit producer and wayward star-child jimmy edgar debuts on scubas hotflush recordings armed with an album full of futuristic sleaze. known for his unique take on jacking house and electro funk, he has recently been splitting his time between the us and berlin, exploring transcendental meditation and the boundaries of the non-physical. this offering is an extension of that journey, bringing eleven tracks of erotic robo-pop to the table. titled majenta, this lp is a departure from his past sound, marking a shift in his own ever-expanding consciousness, as well as another exciting chapter of his musical career. each track is an aural manifesto, giving well-deserved nods to his varied musical influences.

gent 88 is a deep and constantly shuffled oldschool techno bumper by producer mirko hecktor from munich with a striking triole bells theme and recurring female vocals. the track was produced as a homage to the early days of the belgian label r&s records, which was the blueprint label for releasing techno and house music on the european mainland. the homeless house remix, produced by berlin based moire patterns & dj kriton, takes the track back to chicago and into a massive club atmosphere with a stomping underground attitude.

nixwax is a recently formed record label releasing quality house music from the best new producers that the scene has to offer. the third in their series of limited edition, colour vinyl-only releases comes from nixwaxs first european representatives.

berlin based daniel dexter is part of the new breed of producers showing us why theres still mileage in the good old house groove. his cultured, expressive productions have the mark of a true talent and mr. dexter has only just begun. the acid-revival lives on.storm is a heavy, late night tale of sax, e-piano and stomping synth basslines. growing from a filtered intro, its song like structure drives us into true reckless abandon - perfect for the darker moments of the night, but still oozy with funk and soul. the thick, percussive opening bars of there will be jazz lead to a focus on one of dexters chosen weapons - more jazzy saxophone samples and synthesized strings lift us into a musical crescendo of tension, yet theres a laid back, new york vibe to the track, which will no doubt get plenty of plays this summer. the mysterious murder is a darker affair, shrouded in rave-era stabs and a real pushing vibe. its clear that daniel is a dextrous (no pun intended) producer with plenty of tricks up his sleeve

continuing on from the massive kon 12 inch released on basic fingers we welcome back our good friend kok. on the a side koko delivers a real uplifting feel-good disco/boogie scorcher that will make you wish for those hot summer parties. stay with me by norman connors is perhaps not his most known track but we will guarantee this bad boy will be the prime time number for many djs as koko really takes this track to another level. soulfulness at its very best! on the b-side burning up by imagination has, since its release almost 30 years ago ripped up dancefloors all over with its piano chord hook and a steady bassline. this mix is an updated version with lots more production details and plenty of koko flavour. its already been tried and tested in the basic finger kitchen with an exceptional result.

(also known for robots are un-american, re-released on italians do it better last year). inspired by a lcd soundsystem song tinto b. comes with this great record! we cant find the connection to the lcd soundsystem track that supposed to have been his source of inspiration, and actually we dont care... its some of the best recent italo disco we ve heard in a while! if you are big on italo vocals the a side is for you, if instead you dig deep electro disco but without the chanting, the dub version on the flip side will more than certainly send you into italo space. another hot artifact release from mr. bottin. tip! fully koded chicagoians traxx and beau wanzer team up for another mutant beat dance release. together they have produced arguably the best 80s chicago house record not made in the 80s. the mutants call it jakbeat, inspired by the early days of house music. tip!!! let me go is as intense and rhythmically inclined as they come. naughty woods sparse vocals cry desperation, almost nearing insanity, which makes up for a pressure cooker like warehouse anthem. rottonfunk is another intense work out which has a killer groove and makes us wander off to the promised land (wherever that is). its delightful to hear that chicago house music this good still gets made. surely when it was released way back when, it would fetch top dollars on the interweb. authentic stuff!

subland the club home of subdivisions labels in berlin, has represented many subdivision nights that have encluded the likes of cooh, dean rodell & sinister souls, so it only felt fitting to invite some that have drunk mexicarner with us and stormed the caged dj booth to add there dubstep style and pressure to the original dnb sister label subtrakt

js is the half of the rks project and one of the minds behind earth mothern. for the fifth work of the label he produced a thick ep transfiguration of the dark side of the earth (mothern) which points out all his talent. the first track, when i met mary, heavily influenced by the early sound of berlin and detroit, is a dancefloorkiller. ocp rework the track with their bare gross minimalistic blueprint, mixing and recording on physical electronics as it is mandatory at the restoration headquarters. king korgs hypnotic synths and strong beats, pushing on melancholic pads. roll a groove for a savage ride… the last track, thinkin of you is a sweet late night house tune, evocating the skyline of chicago and detroit

aldo cadiz, one of the most popular producer of south america, meets an italian artist, matthew lima, owner of amazing music. tey started their relationship about 1 year ago, and one of the best score is their next release on carillon records. lluvia de verano is an amazing track, something unusual for carillon and also for this two producer. is a funky and melodic track that make a great atmosphere on the dancefloor. la noise mal is a deep trip, tribal and dark with a great male vocal. de diezmil is the dancefloor killer of the ep, solid and groovy from the first kick. hellow ashley close the release with an hip hop vocal and latin percussions. all the release is massive and you can listen all around the south american influence of this two artists

billyonair back on the main labels. after his melodic release on mainrecords in 2011 billy now delivered some dub-influenced technotracks. we start with flying north. cold and spheric sounds are combined in this song but with the right amount of melodies. on a2 martin woerner remixed where am i. a nice pumping track which will hit the dance floors. on b1 we have klain main - strange chord-sounds meets nice grooves is the best way to discribe it. and last but not least the original of where am i which goes in the same direction like flying north - deep melodic dub-techno. for the digital lovers we have another (stripped down) version of flying north and a supercool remix of “where am i” by our buddies pascal feos & frank leicher.release comes in green-coloured vinyl.
