after their debut single turn you onhaving such a wide success on goodgroove, they are back to bring some disco breaks to the floors. san francisco meets south west england. the sly players are tal m klein and slim goodgroove. they create disco vs breaks vs funk that bridges boots and original production, leaving no musical stone unturned, each sly players track is born of tal and slim s crazed experiments at throwing the kitchen sink at dancefloors, keeping what sticks and throwing out what doesnt.

clone v 2.0 comes with another serie... the clone club series... you guessed it... a series dedicated to release club music in its best form. no better start was possible for this series then this huge track by mina jackson. mina jackson delivers some incredible deep and warm gospel vocals on top of the irresistible groove of mike dunn. a unusual combination that works like crazy. mike dunn did again an amazing job. somehow he always manages to create such a simple but effective groove... and not just the last 4 years... but for more then 20 years... respect!! big summer track!
the second release on the clone loft supreme series... the disco dons of elitechnique with the much sought after munich emotions track (which previously was released as limited test pressing of 100 copies which changed hands for big amounts on ebay and discogs) and double destiny on the flip. munich emotions is an epic disco track full of live instruments, old analogue synths all recorded in their own studio. the flip has the new school-ish disco track called double destiny. a super sweet track that goes somewhere inbetween metro area and putsch 79 but with a more epic arrangement. these guys did a hell of a job!! classic tracks that already got big support!
a triumphant return from the canadian rocky mountaineer himself jon delerious, whos back in the fold with his first release in over 2 years. jons dub influenced housey bits & album for nordic trax in the past have caught the eye of deejays and tastemakers worldwide, ending up perhaps most notably as the lead track on lee burridges global underground compilation. advance deejay support for this ep has been strong with rave reviews and support from the likes of mark farina, east coast boogiemen, giom, kelvin k, c rock, ross couch and johnny fiasco who proclaimed wow. i am very impressed w jons release here - def pay attention class!!!!
william (theodore) burnett aka speculator started his own diy record label and came up with this stunning piece of vinyl.. two shit hot tracks on a split release from $tinkworx and kinoeye. what a killer 12! the sharkman brings us a deeep techno track with moody piano lines, drexciyan athmosphere and a shit load of depth. typical $tinky material that seems to go deeper and deeper over 10+ intense minutes. then.. we have the flip side by kinoeye (aka datahata) with a shockingly dirty techno house cut.. a deep dirty groove and repetitive vocals that pull you even deeper then where the a side ended. absolute killer tracks here on this nice obscure new imprint from brooklyn. we love it!!
what a manifest for deep house no bonds to minimal, no rave anthem, no disco revival. just tidy tunes, where the soul is always immanent. in this respect, a track such as we never grow up is a subtle misunderstandingn, because subsky, he is already. all three tunes use elements of dubknowledge. the delays and synths are more expansive than usual. especially æspacey sense is craving for open-airs and sunsets. support from osunlade, scope, dj yellow, spiritchaser, tim white, sammy rock, henri kohn, santorini, dean serafini & more!
xrabit & dmgs arent so much stepping into your world as inviting you to step into theirs. the trio have fashioned an album the like of which hasnt been heard before, a unique mix of influences drawn from across the world and meeting in one of the funniest, most irreverent, freshest hip hop records you ll have come across in a long, long while.

SISTERS I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS WORLD IS / MOTOR CITY DRUM ENSEMBLE REMIX
12 Inch 25.05.09
the third single cut from the debut album of dj sprinkles aka terre thaemlitz. a1 is a one of most emotional song from the album. its a very fag jazz style of terre. a2 is a very warm ambient house with classical piano loop. the ambient version of this song will be released on mule electronic ambient compilation >enjoy the silence< (mule electronic cd15) in april. b side are 2 version of motor city drum ensemble remix. it fits perfectly with original dj sprinkles sound. what is house music? this is house music!
clone v2.0! clone back in its new form.. a series of specialized series dedicated to different functionalities, emotions and styles of electronic music. the clone loft series will be releasing more traditional house and ny influenced disco for the smaller and more intimate club settings. first of reggie dokes with probably his best release so far! a-side is a dirty but massive house track that goes down very well in any house set! at first notice this might be the main track... which most likely it is for more peak-time use... but actually our favorite is the fierce i wear the mask track on the flipside. this track has a nice jumpy beat, very light... but such a balanced rhythm that it will grab one for sure. on top it has layers of strings and a bouncy bassline and very staccato keys... and everything is so well balanced, so sensitive that it really gives us goosebumps all over! it reminds even to some derrick may tracks where he managed to make his songs emotional and fragile with the same kind of timbre and hidden energy (but then less 909 orientated and such...) it has that force, that gentle force of magic that frees that inner energy, that inner power that makes you wanna dance. what a stunning track and what a strong release by mr dokes. essential!
new workidz, finally! hard hitting, unleashing a fierce spin cycle of tough skipping beats, searing bass and a drawn out drop that will pulverise your dancefloor!
mufo has garnered attention a few years ago with his c.l.a.u.d.i.a. 12-inch for kompakts k2 imprint, and sounds set to do so again with colors. anything but monochromatic, >one color< opens with stripped-down, tech-house swing before adding shuffling pulses and melodic accents that are both jittery and robotic. working itself up to a skittish, metronomic broil, the track exudes an android relentlessness that?s offset by repeated change-ups. on the b-side, di francesco brings the funk on >two colors<, six minutes of swizzling electro-techno whose palette is anything but muted. the tune squawks and sputters like some incessantly sneezing synthesizer apparatus in what could pass for a fractured 23rd-century techno take on zydeco. with this release in hands, its again proven without a doubt, that persistencebit continues the global hunt for quality. supported by: robert leiner (www.leinermedia.net): >good use of the korg wavestation on both< andrew duke (andrew duke in the mix radio brodcast since 1987): >excellent my favourite track is one color< ryaz khan (ww.chry.fm / myspace.com/diversionsradioshow): >solid release i love both cuts<xpansul (minus, plus 8 records): >two colors is great. thanks.<

perc trax is proud to unveil its first new artist of 2009. andre ruello aka material object is originally from australia and has now settled in europe to push his producing as far as it will go. his sound is a dense, grooving brand of techno a world away from the hollow cookie-cutter mnml currently clogging up most of europe. his tracks evolve and morph as waves of effects and synths wash over the listener, all riding upon tough jerking grooves that nod to classic speedy j, luke slater and adam beyer.
