puss is a new label from hnny and kornél kovács, pushing club ready dance tracks to tenderhearted discjockeys around the world. the first release came this spring, with hnnys simple yet devastatingly effective rnb refix *boy* and kornél kovács eerie dub version *yob* sharing one side each – for the follow up, hnny transforms a late 90s jam by wexford, pennsylvanias finest into an acid-tinged house jam in two different arrangements. as always with puss, each record comes with a unique real human kiss mark. expect more to come.

lph whites latest is another made­for­the­club sureshot winner from label co­founder and ­owner jacques renault himself. if youve caught one of his sets around the world sometime this year, youve most likely heard the house banger? and consequently gone nuts. its impossible to resist the temptations of the bombastic drums, fat bass, chopped up vocals, and dubby synth hooks included within. a shining example of renault doing what he does best.

cassegrain & tin man are a deadly combination. old school acid lines programmed by one of the greatest masters in this field meet a super modern techno sound design by cassegrain, who have made themselves a name in the last years for producing some of the finest in dark and experimental techno. for the follow up to their debut release on killekill they have put together three tracks that are outstand- ing. high & low is a slowly swelling minimalistic acid epos of over 10 minutes length which proves the mas- tership of tin man in programming acid loops of eternal quality. 8 beats length only, but constantly evolving. no chance for boredom. the b-side starts with sex kit, a dark acid stomper with a chirping percussion which is well suitable for the peaktime dancefloor, followed by sand maze, a sublte minimalistic ambient acid piece, that winds its way into total dissolution. we are quite sure that this is the way acid should sound in 2013.
