coming from the heart of bosnia, solomun is a passionate dj who certainly knows how to please a crowd and keep the energy on the floor. equally as talented and creative in the studio, he has many releases to his name on his own label diynamic, as well as other imprints such as four:twenty, liebe*detail and dessous recordings. made for the dancefloor, his productions always have an element of funk or surprise, reminding people of the fun thats there to be had with music. as a label with many close ties to mobilee records, diynamic will be co-hosting a party at mobilees sonar 2010 celebrations, which makes it even more fitting that this release brings the two forces more closely together. solomuns next big bang, being brought to you via leena music, is a sure extension of his impeccable production skills and style, and is also one of the most unique releases you will here on the label so far. a-side >sisi< opens with a head-spinning explosion of notes and chords, being fired out like sparks in a continual loop. then half way through the record, they dramatically stop, only to soon build up again and set the roller coaster off once more. b-side >talk to the hand< is a bass-heavy and punchy track, that surprises you with euphoric piano chords in the second half, whilst b2 >curesto< brings all of the elements together with piano chords, build-ups and some drama. enjoy!

much awaited return to lost trax! scsi-av has been a well respected electro and techno label since it was born in september 2008. almost 12 years later and after a short break scsi is back with a classy detroit techno record which has been sat in the vaults for quite some time waiting patiently to be released. as the second part of the lost trax series. expect deep bass, booming 808 kicks and carl craig-esque sounding strings. the production on both sides of this record is amazing showing the digital generation that analogue kit still sounds supreme. the lost trax series is a project for producers who have inspired the label to record something special and release anonymously as we dont believe its necessary to sell music on the strength of a specific artists reputation.

anybody never heard of moullinex? we can t imagine. blogs, music mags and dj s have been getting mad about the digitalfunk of luis clara gomes - better known as moullinex. and all this with only one official release! reference (planet e / echospace / beretta) consists of the detroit-based artists luke hess & brian kage. in the first reference vs project we squeezed some of the party out of seth troxler and some of the percussion expertise from ryan crosson to create the still sought after tracks >the fade< and >the bumps<. in the second installment of our reference vs series we wanted to get a bit more soulful, & deep with the music, and highlight two of the worlds finest dub techno artists - stephen hitchell (cv313) and marko furstenburg (surphase). stephen hitchell aka cv313 is first a sound engineer. his experiments with synthesis create a warm, ethereal, and organic analog sound all his own. in the reference vs projects we seek to extract the natural strengths of the artist. when we received the files from stephen we knew we were packing heat! we structured our zone around the life-like chord structure that cv313 so effortlessly creates and gave it some more dance floor flavor. we believe the track titled >the wake< will fill dance-floors over the summer months on the beach as well as in the clubs. what can we say. markos shuffled dub stab style has been in demand since the artist started releasing on thinner back in 2002. mr. fürstenbergs deep and emotional music is an extension of his character. we were happy to receive what we expected from marko, super percussive, cavernous, and soulful soundscapes. again we referenced the package out with some drones, new analog rhythms, and eureka. the zone continues relentlessly in >the swell< to carry the dancer through the night into another summer day in the sun
