Nice and Jazzy the favourite cut is Just Groovin a wicked blend of St Germain keys and funky organ riffs, over some skippy Detroit drums. Dig This is a mellow late night journey of psychedelic horns and guitar licks with dreamy pianos floating over the top. ‘Sweet’ is more on a broken jazz tip with live drums and a cute vocal snip that dubs itself over the rhodes bed. The production quality of this ep is stunning. Very strong stuff from M & G!
