another fine release on winding road records! this is a debut ep from bleep district. true to their name, the 4 tracks here contain plenty of mesmerising bleeps sitting inside the slick deep house grooves youd expect from the label. the lead track, bleep of faith, is peaktime voodoo house with cool vocals, and a wicked bassline which comes as a special surprise half way through. robot claart is superdeep, hypnotic tech-house with a cheeky jamaican dub twist. when i saw you, possibly the strongest tune of the package, is a real killer. with polished production, reverse vocal licks and an ubercool bleepy bassline, this track is a contender to be a summer anthem of 2008. essential! the last track on the package, some may say, is an eccentric but irresistable hip-hop meets folk-house number. yet another winning package from winding road

alfred azzetto is back on purple music with the feel good massive anthem colors, which was one of the most played promo cuts at this year winter music conference. interestingly djs all the time played an acapella over it but also the instrumental melody sounds great. part one includes the walterino main mix is a fierce production featuring classic strings and wicked keys that give the track a modern disco sound, while the piano mix is on a deeper edge, with a great piano hook added (that is reminiscent of bas noir my love is magic). part two includes a full vocal mix & the remixes from dj fopp & christian hornbostel, which will be out end of october. it was worth to wait some months for the release of this tune!

seamless twelves does it again! set to drop yet another irresistibly infectious summer epic, supaflava blends slinky keys with a bumpin bassline, while the sweeping strings add the sweetener to the mix. sophie cairo adds the vocal touch with a performance set to not only blow you away, but have you singing along with your arms in the air! andro adds his trademark electro sound to the track while still maintaining the organic feel of the original, combining the familiar strings and keys with a fresh bassline so funky that it becomes an extremely potent lead line for the dub. by the time vincent kwok has his wicked way with the track, he adds a further twist, creating a bass driven dub that bumps its way underneath the floating vocals with some serious groove.
