it s been 7 years since i introduced the first part of this series -mis hermanos rumanos- with sepp and later (part 2) with faster and nu zau. seven years later the saga of romanian brothers grows and continues, it is a pleasure to be able to bring together two good friends and talented artists from the great and already proliferating minimal scene of this country. in this third part we can find a darker and percussive sound, acoustic string instruments and at the same time maintaining the minimalist essence that characterizes acmé. i hope you enjoy this third installment, we really appreciate your support with the purchase of this record, it is very important for us to be able to continue investing in this quality format. i hope to see you somewhere soon, with love, alex font.

esteban adame cut his teeth djing at the ditch parties and house parties of east la in the 90s. he then moved to detroit to apprentice with mad mike banks, performing as part of los hermanos and galaxy to galaxy. more than twenty years on, he still lives and breathes music. this is his debut record for mister saturday night records, raw and joyful.

indianizer was born in 2013, springing from the minds of psychonauts drawing inspiration from animal collective s wild frenzies and django django s tropical rhythms. following two self-produced eps (-pandas-, 2013 and -jungle beatnik-, 2014), their first full-length -neon hawaii- (edison box/pbp, 2015) was released in 2015. thanks to this debut album, chosen as one of the top 50 records of the year by noisey, the band toured italy and europe. -zenith- is the second full-length produced by the band together with edison box, musica altra and bordello a parigi which will be out on the 27th of march 2018: -a psychedelic texture, ancestral, made possible by vortical bass lines and cosmic patterns. an extraterrestrial cumbia in essence- (rolling stone).

mr. brian garrett aka javonnte, javonntte is the second artist after los hermanos aka mr. gerald mitchell, with his own series on the rawax motor city edition.

opilec music s eclectic remix series rolls on with another essential package, this time tackling a single from label boss i-robots s law of robotics album back in 2008. adding their own spin to things are red axes and hiroshi watanabe aka kaito after likes of kuniyuki takahashi, djembe monks, danny ocean, los hermanos, gary martin, alexander robotnick, daniele baldelli & marco dionigi have all stepped up previously. isreali duo red axes go first, a pair known for mixing up synths and guitars in exciting new ways on labels like hivern discs, i m a cliche and esp institute amongst others. their excellent version of the track re-works it as a deep and spine tingling house cut. moody chords lull you into a hypnotic and zoned out groove that is finished with some intoxicating spoken words. hiroshi watanabe aka kaito is next, an acclaimed kompakt and transmat artist who makes succulent techno with ambient atmospheres. his brilliant version here is just that, with cosmic chords and slippery rubber beats carrying you away into the night. warm and inviting, it elevates you to the next level over its long length, it is a classy bit of techno that also comes as a stripped back instrumental version.
