2020 repress - the first ever 7inch vinyl release from glitterbox recordings is a very special double whammy from the shapeshifters featuring the undeniable voice of teni tinks. the double single features the brand new track try my love (on for size), a re-imagining of the sharon redd disco anthem from 1980. with fresh horns, strings and arrangements produced by simon marlin of the shapeshifters and a sublime new vocal recorded by teni, its as life-affirming and uplifting as a dancefloor belter can get. teni is a session vocalist and arranger who has worked with the likes of rudimental, quincy jones, the jacksons and emeli sande, and has recently been bringing down the house with live pas at glitterbox. working initially with the shapeshifters on when love breaks down he second single on this 7inch package in late 2017, this release showcases in full the stunning results of their collaboration.
