warm cuttlefish and asparagus salad (insalata tiepida di seppie con asparagi) ingredients: 22 oz (600 grams) green asparagus, spears cut into 12-inch lengths 6 tablespoons extra black virgin oil (for special vinyl taste) 2 lb and 4 oz (1 kilogram) cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into thin strips 2 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped 2 garlic clove, chopped 2 teaspoon coriander seeds seasalt and pepper directions:halve the pieces of asparagus lengthways and steam for about 5 minutes. drain and refresh under cold water. heat the olive oil in a pan, add the cuttlefish and cook until its lightly browned. season with seasalt and pepper, add the parsley, garlic, coriander and asparagus and mix well. serve warm and on a pirate flag printed tabelcloth. serves 12.

the opening hits of the percussion stay smooth and relaxed, and the instruments come in one-by-one � first the synth, then the strings, then the brass � to create an experience thats both engaging and relaxing. this is the sort of music i would listen to if i cruised the streets of san francisco in the evenings. as >back to the bay< wraps up and pulls us into his remix of >screw up<, we get a dose of subscapes intensity, but its quickly pulled back into matty gs signature low-bass, hip-hop/dubstep fusion beats. >jam like a tek< adds in some vocal hooks to get the crowd chanting � and you are missing out if you dont add this into your mix. deep kick drums, a snappy snare, big distortion on the scratchy bass wobbles, and the vocals all come together perfectly to create a track thatll get people grinding like mad on the dancefloor.

the time has now come for eklektisch to unveil release number 006 and a debut from melohman & javi bora (20:20 / upon you). staying true to the label s ethos, the pair harnessed the warmth of the summer and with flurry of piano chords, created another feel good dancefloor anthem in >you love you<.
the first of the remixes sees label boss edu imbernon pay tribute to his summer on the white isle with his villaimberlove remix. a weighty kick drum, spritely key melody and fiercely plucked strings make for a more driving version of the original.
