mit der ersten ep *metamorph* wird auf die drastische wandlung der beiden musiker verwiesen, die wie das gestein ihre zusammensetzung und musikalische intention unter hohem druck neu erfanden. dabei zeigt die doppelsingle den dualismus dieser wandlung: *genesis* beschreibt die schöpfung des neuen künstlerischen wesens und die entstehung eines neuen klangkosmos - *jericho* dagegen beschreibt musikalisch die dafür notwendige gewalt und den konsequenten willen alte gedankengebäude niederzureißen und durch die zerstörung des alten die entstehung des neuen zu ermöglichen.
