anybody never heard of moullinex? we can t imagine. blogs, music mags and dj s have been getting mad about the digitalfunk of luis clara gomes - better known as moullinex. and all this with only one official release! (breakchops ep 2009). the remix for two door cinema club (kitsune) has been a real club hit and his sebastien tellier remix was the one that had been most featured on playlists (along with a–trak s remix). yes: the remix for cut copy on modular was a bomb, too and his telonius remix is currently playlisted all around. guess that s the reason why so many labels have been chasing moullinex to sign on them. some have been really pushing him hard to join their roster, but luis preferred to stay with his munich buddies at gomma. and so now it is sure: this new moullinex ep is only the beginning of a whole series for gomma records.

its been a big year for the attias brothers. their first release nebukai on still music is still shaking a lot of dancefloors wordlwide. attias is the project of brothers alex and stephane attias. based in lausanne switzerland, the duo have been djing all over the world and making records and remixes for many years on a diverse list of labels ranging from compost to talkin loud and their own visions and freedom soundz imprints. nebukai has been licensed by tom middleton for his next mix cd (and countless other comps) and featured on dj mags cd last summer. after a release on carl craigs planet e and on isoul8s reincarnation, attias is back on still music for another mindblowing opus. aquilo and okada are reflecting how fast stephan and alex matured as a duo and is demonstrating with no question their grasp on techno and house. deep dubby techno is the way for aquilo while okada is an epic deep tech house tune and make up for a stunning release.
