the intermezzo ep kicks off with we are here, which could be easily described as get out part 2. a spoken word vocal over kerris trademark beats and instrumentation, musing on the subject of a busy schedule and calways available technology. so it begins again takes things down a much more tribal road, perfect for a big room, and the dc10 mix is a nod towards the direction kerri had in mind and the dancefloors he created this track for. the dark mix takes this idea even further with a more progressive feel as the track plays out. red lights explores a more live drum feel with a cut-up breakbeat playing a 4/4 rhythm, and a throbbing bassline and synth pattern. this one is a little deeper but still packs plenty of punch!

sandy warez is a well-known name in the world of noise. working with a number of different artists, as well as solo he has had many releases on several labels over the years (4x4, artillery, cluster, combat-skill, compressed, corachi, corporation, d-form, djax up beats, epileptik, fatallic resignation, friendlyfire, future frontier, industrial strenght, inflicted, invasion, jackstar, jason mask, madhouse both in the genres of hardcore and techno. sandy is famous for playing a unique mix of techno-industrial-hardcore, compatible for both hardcore and hardtechno events. he plays at high bpm, but with a very uplifting vibe.

mad crazy come back from underground legend nathaniel x project. after releasing some heavy heavy deeeeeep works on label such as music station or island noyze back in the early 90s, here is a killer set of previously unreleased jewels. discograph is proud to entroduce this new label dedicate to the early days of real underground house sound. always pressed on quality 180gr vinyl with an inside out groove. future collector piece of wax for sure.

not many single releases can be labelled as events, especially not in the ever homogenised techno world, but the first single from model 500 in eleven years, and the first recorded by the new band line up is most definitely an event.
its only fitting that this single is released on r&s records, whose relationship with the man widely acknowledged as the originator of detroit techno goes back 17 years and who released the last model 500 album back in 1999.

bosco delrey is at once a thick combination of influences and a totally unique voice in current music. diplo describes him as >a sort of garbage can elvis from new jersey... teaspoon craziness, a pinch of rockabilly, and full cup of soul dressed in a leather jacket. he cant be topped as far as song writing... hes doin the music i wish i could if i had bought a guitar<, the fader called his song >round n round hillbillyhall, and boscos own myspace says >jerry lee lewis carol king of pop<. but whatever you call him, bosco delrey is making music that is instantly accessible, totally cool, and unlike anything else on our wide-sweeping mad decent radar.

space junky is the track that first brought bosco delrey to public attention, landing him pieces on the fader, rcrdlbl and elsewhere. it features his typical excess of influences- semi-psychedelic guitars, bedroom soul hooks, splurting dancehall reggae basslines- anchored down by solid songwriting and lyrics. it s a weirdly great combination that made us think this guy might be on to something. my my racecar is harder to pin down, but no less intriguing with a chopped up guitar lead, mouth pop rhythm section and zipping bass. the drop the lime influence shines on these two tracks, lending heavy bass, sound effects and making everything crispy.
