entertainment is a duo. im a cliché is proud to release their very first e.p on september 29th. juan de guillebon is the bass player. he studied a lot jaco pastorius, but decided not to spend the rest of his life playing in jazz rock combos. you can easily guess his attraction to no wave bands (suicide or james chance), krautrock (his faves are cluster), or ebm and early electro (daf). alongside, hes part of the ectoplasmic band, performing as backing band for tigersushis boss joakim. antoine montgaudon plays the guitar, and we bet he would have fit perfectly in any brian enos late 70s recording. he builds endless psychedelic atmospheres with feedbacks, loops and fxs. all this only with his guitar. hes also part of my sister klaus, a project released on tigersushi (again).

part of a new breed of detroit techno, we are delighted to announce ryan crossons debut wagon repair ep. having already released on trapez, telegraph and m_nus under his alias berg nixon, ryans floor friendly live sets and shuffled percussive styles are getting many excited, with due cause. a side ‘confiteria del molino is a bassy and deep bomb. introducing itself with eerie warped vocals and strutting beats, dynamic melodic tones hover above a subtle synth progression. enlivened by stabbed horn samples, percussion and booming bass is key to this tracks heavyweight strength. b1 ‘sunshine wave is slightly lighter, opening with a bouncing melody and chattering percussion. a huge bass sound opens things up, accented by needling synth and fueled by a classic prodding techno kick. to close, ‘use me up bubbles with melodic tone and stuttering crackled samples. subtly progressing to a simple beat and rumbling bass, distorted vocal arrangements haunt the mix as flighty pads howl in the distance

crazy retrostyled electropop tracks... incl rmxs by adriano canzian, mount sims, the scandals... schwefelgelb is a hot band from the underground ready to spread their tunes not regarding any genre borders. too special to sign a label so that they just release on their own and keep on doing whatever they want! and that means to create a very fresh mixture of different styles like electro and punk! this very pretty designed 12inch seems to be exactly the desirable piece for the grown up wave heads, as well as for the new generation of young and punky club kids.

>work in progress< was born in december 2005 by two french dj, kony & maxime dangles. the first one hold a record store, the other discovers the mix universe. their musical relationship and friendship never stops evolving since they met in 1999. 10 years are separating the duet members but it’s never been a problem, each member is influencing the other melting minimal music with new wave inspirations. after maxime dangles released solo a few ep on kompakt, paso or scandium, here’s a release under >work in progress< pseudo on the french logarythm..
