dyad present the first instalment of their common purpose series. christian wünsch sets the tone with *fluid mechanics*, a masterclass in dynamics and repetition. this is followed by *binary*, a hypnotic warehouse techno cut by up-and-coming uk producer setaoc mass. on the b-side argentinian producer mental resonance contributes a sophisticated arpeggiator-led cut with *reduction* and to round things off is reflec, another highly promising uk producer who weighs-in with his industrial techno destroyer*the war horn*.

mindtrip presents mt12, which sees two young argentinian techno producers - alderaan & mental resonance - joining forces to create the man from earth ep. this record features 3 outstanding, original tracks and an explosive remix from mindtrips fulcrum, pfirter.

mental resonance is the alter ego of guido camino, a young producer from buenos aires, argentina. *divine blood ep* is his debut on reference, a 90s flavoured minimalistic techno with nice old school detroit-style patterns.

the fourth release of the white flower belongs to mental resonance, the rising techno star of argentina. he already signed in the past with the dark part of the label. this time he is back with a huge dance floor techno bomb in translation and another track more in his normal detroit flavors style. echoes from other space.to end with it mr. craven signs the remix which tries to go deeper in the deepness and darkness concept of the original. an odyssey of more than 10 minutes that will make move more than one warehouse.

second reference of the label darkrose records (part of the dead rose records project) that aims to the dark side of the techno under the view of the dead rose records crew. the ep, the unknown being ep, is signed by the new techno argentinean talent mental resonance and comes complete with miki craven remixes.

never underestimate the power of a good bassline. mark du mosch certainly doesn’t. this veteran from the harbor city of rotterdam let’s his vicious bass line creep up on you from behind on 202 ac ra. a dark and jacking club belter with clear chicago roots. the five track ep the heavens may be his debut on sohaso, du mosch has been releasing music for over fourteen years on a variety of respected underground labels, such as moustache, dekmantel and royal oak. his versatile style draws on sounds that evoke strong mental imagery and a sense of eternity, which clearly shows on the introspective resonance delay (she) on the b-side. in which a melancholic melody is supported by muffled slow motion beats. the beautiful artwork on the heavens ep is by joost stokhof, an amsterdam based graphic designer who is known for his love for detail. which makes him perfectly suited for du mosch’ subtle and well crafted dance tunes. in a normal world you would open your ep with the title track. du mosch chooses to close with it. the heavens stays true to it’s name. a harp like melody that washes ashore as foam from a greyblue northsea that calmed down after the storm. heaven indeed

melbourne talent mos howieson makes his solo 12 inch debut with two heavy diverse originals, backed with remix trips from marco shuttle, eerie boss and recent time to express killer, plus berceuse heroique and macro artist, l estasi dell oro. kemuri beats with abrasive movements engulfing the listener, while bastion soothes with bukem-esque grace and weight. mr. shuttle drives the title track into hyperspace with a steady modular pulse. bastions rising melody is chopped to a galloping groove to the cosmos.
