a subtly appealing tape in a pink cover with an imposing artwork of highly erotic nuances: this cassette, originally promoted as candy-coloured sex-shop electronics, is the absolute gem of internazionale s discography and is clearly destined to become a timeless modern classic. together with the track the charnel house, included on the compilation ny dansk romantik, the excellent craftsmanship of elegy for the victors quickly evoked the loyal admiration of listeners worldwide who were captivated by its charm. this earned the danish artist a cult status and established him as an accomplished composer. the ambient music with an industrial flair of his earlier releases becomes organic in elegy for the victors and acquires life: a life depicting gorgeously melodious passages which tell a story of happy sadness or of sad happiness. such narrative is constructed by means of a lo-fi but majestic and emotionally charged sensitivity, gentle waves of haunting loops, cinematic samples and sweet maritime sounds which will hypnotise you. this is the long-awaited remastered vinyl reissue with a new artwork which, beautifully and more appropriately, captures the melancholic essence of a masterpiece of rarefied elegance.

eva geist s music is inspired by dreams, lost paradises, and new horizons of human belonging.” eva geist is an italian electronic musician and composer based in berlin. her early musical experiences in electronic music were largely self-directed, beginning with use of synthesizers and sequencers to different audiovisual computer and mobile technologies.geist s music builds up a cinematic musical journey around rarefied melodies, arpeggiators, soft beats and space disco. under the eva moniker hides the underground polyedric artist andrea noce, who previously released a mini-lp last year with david kristian on macadam mambo. this ep includes a wonderfull remix of «tanz im morgenmantel » by salon des amateurs head’s tolouse low trax, transposing it in a very subaquatic version, and a sublime artwork by talented artist maria torres

roe deers is a lithuanian-based audio-visual project led by liudas and oskaras, two besties, often mistaken for brot-hers. we welcome roe deers to the omnidisc family. with their rush ep. its an impressive debut, built around metallic percussion hits, chugging post-punk attitude, tipsy textures and the sound of broken cuckoo clocks. ‘rush’ is a throbbing dance-floor excursion blessed with an otherworldly atmosphere. it s the musical equivalent of fin-ding a wormhole round the back of a sprawling industrial estate, and then stepping inside to have a look around. easing out the ep’s post-punk and industrial elements whilst adding a heady air of horror-influenced late night mysticism. breathe in the rarefied air, and then run for your life.

state is the debut from ore, this is techno deftly delivered. four original tracks showcasing an artist ready to make their mark plus remixes from darling farah and jon convex. a debut that stands out - state showcases an artist ready to make their mark. prime-time berghain techno functions are triangulated with detroit in 1987, birmingham in 1997 and london right now. the result is sumptuously textured asymmetric dance music. richly harmonic, expressionist techno that takes in pneumatic hi-tech funk, warehouse-maddening propulsive hydraulic and rarefied low frequency dub chords. complete with laboratory-precise edits, cold, crystalline sampling and skeletal machine effects ore recalls richie hawtins plastikman all the while keeping a rooted afro-rhythmic swing reminiscent of theo parrish with shuffling hi-hats, deep bass and strokes of barely-tamed percussion.

the coombes debut ep is an astonishingly graceful and multifaceted creature that effortlessly synthesizes psych rock, minimal folk and electronica.the coombe began as a soundtrack collaboration between karen sharkey and samuel de la rosa (led er est) for some animated short films karen was producing while living in queens, ny. after their move to texas in 2012, further experimenting resulted in longer songs, noise suites, and field recordings that later would represent the essence of this ep. born and in part recorded in the desert, the coombe is comprised of six mesmerizing gems that provide a rarefied glimpse into a touching and liquid soundscape. these are songs for the enamored.

eclipsemusic is pleased to announce the sixth release introducing the talented canadian producer matt thibideau. he is known in toronto, detroit, montreal, & berlin for having performed with the ikes of mike huckaby, akufen, richie hawtin andreleasing music on labels such as mike shannons cynosure and sub-static with hisnew wave-industrial band repair.. matt has a very personal approach to making music that refuses to use software instruments and give free expression to his unlimited passion for the sound of his analog synthesizers. he records directly through a mixer playing his live instruments. this particular feature shines through his deep and warm sound! >when its time< is a typical techouse style track with a solid structure consisting of a straight and bouncy rhythm, deep bass with futuristic chords and techy arpeggiators running over it. the track starts very deep develops into a more raw sound that leaves no survivors on the dance floor! >holding on to you< is a much more dub-oriented track this time we have ambient and rarefied atmosphere which develops progressively over a repetitive bass line and drum machine rhythm with a mixture of chords and pads typically inspired by the basic channel sound. the title track >night drive< (licensed from matts obsolete components record label) is a masterpiece of deep house music vaguely reminiscent of many mid-nineties works from labels like guidance recordings and wave music, that will become an instant classic for all deep-house heads. very melodic and groovy bass line with a mixture of pads, reverberated chords and many delayeffected elements. 7 minutes of pure deepnes
