poll021 is the third vinyl project on the label from the big brother production trio and is one not to miss. somewhat based on the underground sound of milan, leo mas and friends have crafted a strong tech house project aimed at the dance floor with vocal snippets and processed vocal fx which generate a solid and deep groove. with house music in mind and a funked up baseline the project evolves into a tech driven journey into the unique sound from this three producers. on the flip side the boys have twisted up a remix version taking a deep edge of the actual original. a pure and deep baseline flows with minimal and solid drum programming.

with the original tracks on the fractal ep, aldo and oscar provide us with a harmonious, groovy piece of work, merging the sounds of deep house and tech house. italian artist alex costa provided the original track with even more power in his interpretation and made it a peaktime burner. the second song menisko was remixed by raphael dincsoy and pierre deutschmann and became a dark techno track in their edit. enjoy!

in march, tech-house veteran renato figoli made a welcome return with his first full-length in five years, funkoholic. now renato and amam founder (and fellow italian) alessio mereu have curated a remix package from four top producers to contextualize the deep, aquatic qualities of the originals: sascha dive, christopher rau, losoul and ed davenport. if the original album was set aboard an aircraft, this new double-ep takes place in a stealthy submarine.

africa friends is a tribal-inspired tech-house track with a lot of driving elements. the remix of yapacc however is rather a remixer typical interpretation somewhere between funky minimal and melodic techno. another centerpiece of this ep is the remix of quenum, who founded the imprint cadenza along with luciano a few years ago. as a small gimmick nicolas duvoisin serves an additional groovy track called people dance.
