stemming from their brand new remix double album, night blossom, another stunning ep hits the shelves. so glad to see the idjut boys back on nite grooves! havent seen a remix from them since the turn of the century. literally. their minimal synthy, almost downtempo but with a tiny pump, remix of aps moment before dreaming brings trippy to a whole new loungey level. italys the doll combers put a masterful groove into stalk you, and king streets own tomo inuoe puts a bit of the pump into stay as you are a choice ep pleasing a wide range of tastes and styles, further showing ananda project can go from hotel bar straight to the disco with just one simple ep of remixes.

after ripping up the rule book once again, the hooligan chaps return with a track thats set to be a classic cut, i dont care which is already becoming a live anthem. on the flip one of germanys electro pioneer tomcraft turns in a low slung work out thats guaranteed to light up many a floor.

here it is, the last 12inch in the series of relatively hard to find disco re edits and exclusive remixes from detroit. we kick off with an extension of brainstorms beautiful understated journey to the light from the album of the same name. then its the full on uptempo retwisted disco of gq as heard on several sound signature mix cds and live sets. these are original copies from detroit!!!

hinode’ is a tribute and farewell to our favourite club, yellow in tokyo. we’ve played some great gigs there, six or seven hours in the dark with eight hundred people and one strobe light – perfection. endless saki in the bar, obligatory stalkers (“93!” and hedgehog girl step forward please), smoke and heat on the dance floor. finally emerging deafened and sun blinded into the brilliance of saturday mid-morning in tokyo… backing up the original is an exceptional remix from our favourite techno genius - fergie.
