william thurman aka royer follows up two astounding releases for material image with a deep, curdling ep of wandering house for lobster theremin. picking up where his last excursions left off, collectively finds royer on typically dreamy form, taking micro-thought experiments and carving them into evolving, metamorphic journeys that capture as much the ambience of late night paris as the spirit of us house music. to even the balance, german newcomer trp fires up the cannons for a tough, bouncing remix on the b2. crackling and chugging with dust-coated drums and pads, this is a serious floor-banging rework right here. original artwork comes from royer himself, with full artwork matte sleeve, warm red centre labels and a mind-bending b&w a4 insert.

i ve been inspired by the seasons, sounds of nature, the stars and the phases of the moon. observing these elements helps me realize that i am such a small piece of this universe. with all this in mind i began producing a 4 season album series.
we start off with hokkori shiyo - which in japanese means *smoking a joint together with friends*. this is an organically composed production which synchronizes with the elements.
my father recorded his own natural frequency and you can hear his defining voice during this track, combined with the frogs from a lake.

debut four tracker by peeping tom on the pinkman imprint. blistering techno and dramatic electro injected jams from this unknown rotterdam based voyeur. comes with an insert with pictures taken on the streets by the peeper himself.

each track has its own, different moment on the dancefloor – pushing forward with icelandic lady and the remix of ocean movers the record delays with the deep meandering die ganze welt on the b-side. finally the remix of jennifer touchs astra with it s disco-attitude reminds of their wide spectrum like shown in eargoggles monkeyshop project or kan3das former release on ac records.

it is the year 2015, and the easy money remix series is back! it may even be 2016.. who even knows anymore with the irksome delays at pressing plants these days. the outside agency - as part of their never-ending quest to obtain more speedboats - have sourced yet another batch of remixes from their friends for the highly anticipated follow-up to 2007s easy money remix ep. dither, wavolizer, mindustries and igneon system are the first four artists to deliver their undoubtedly smashing renditions of their favorite tracks by the outside agency. part iii is coming up next, because these speedboats arent going to finance themselves. highly recommend by speedboat salesmen everywhere!

dreams of the future reveal more about the mind of the dreamer than the future itself-. the third release of rome-based label suburban avenue consists of 3 original tracks from the liverpool-based producer binny and bouncing remix by zadig. -polymorph- and -i/o- are oldschool, direct techno bangers that draw influence from detroit and beyond. with its minimally acidic riff, -signal repeat- is the perfect counterbalance to these tracks and is reminiscent of robert hood s early productions. zadig s electric remix of -i/o- takes the core of the track and re-works it into a subtle, yet tough peak-time groover that will slot easily into any discerning techno dj s set.

when i was 10 years old my father took me to a flea market in a very small city up north in sweden, pitea. there was a little bit of everything being sold there: ski equipment, comics, porcelain figurines and vinyl. it was there and then i came across autobahn by kraftwerk. the thing is, we didn t have a turntable at the house we stayed in, on those cold winter weeks so i had to wait until we came back home to give the record a proper spin. in my mind i played it several times and i thought it was amazing. i imagined it was music from the future. what i thought when i heard it for real? didn t like it at all. the very same feeling i imagined autobahn would sound like is the one i get after listening to ishi vu s debut on omena. these five tracks, you could call it an album if you like, are playful, quirky, dreamy and very addictive. like finding a new friend you know you want to keep for a very long time.

*agraphobia* by la synthesis is considered by many as one of the most beautifully crafted string-driven techno tracks of all time. originally released in 1994 it has received somewhat of a legendary cult status. 21 years later it is now time to breathe new life into this essential track and make it available again for a new generation of electronic music enthusiasts. together with de:tuned, la synthesis handpicked some of their favourite producers to rework the original and the results are mind-boggling to say the least.
