features 2 new tracks, crunch and munch & master blaster. diz & fiasco totally work out the doubledownin chicago vibe with their signature beats, swinginging basslines and badass mix moves. master blaster jacks with loads of peak time energy kickin from the top, smoothing out in the middle with some soulful keys as the whole thing builds up into a beefy bumpin ride. crunch features some groovy, techy atmospherics and compliments the the flip perfectly.
the martinez/mesteo remix of the club classic >under the water< is the first leg in a series of remixes to be patiently released throughout 2010 - initiated by one half of the original brother brown outfit, atle, now operating under the moniker one brother. the martinez/mesteno mix has only been sent to a carefully selected handful of friends and family around the world (less than 15 movers and shakers). simply to see if we can give this mix the longestpossible and well deserved (we think anyway) run for itsmoney. please do enjoy!
marco bernardi marks his second outing on the dirty planet imprint with a 4 track ep bursting with emotion and originality. >i feel the lies< has a more laid back approach with deep and trippy grooves and evolving acidy stabs which are complimented with the unassuming and neatly placed vocal of detroit legend and aux88 founder keith tucker, making it one of those truly >special< tracks. second track >giro< (exium remix) is directed more towards the harder techno fans keeping the arrangement simple and the kick big and bold, this excellent remix has seen early support from surgeon with him choosing to feature it on the recently released fabric53 mix cd. flipping the record over sees two tracks exploring different sounds and moods. >msry< builds pace surrounded by an array of atmosphere, hissing percussion and lush detroit sounding synths where as killer track >giro< is a raw, off beat, electro monster laced with acid sequences and dirty bass.
another brilliant disco/funk edits by sleazy mc queens camp! supported by laurent garnier, ashley beedle, michael reinboth, dj harri, erol alkan, tim sweeney, ben mono, james flavour, nacho marco, atnarko, flash atkins, doc martin
its not often we end up releasing four singles from an album, but with the tuneful love supreme standout track >waiting for the love< we seem to have achieved it. penned with uk based benjamin james smith, (who also delivers the snappy vocal) the track screamed single right from the start. heading up the remix package are two stomping mixes from synth-wizards, chicken lips. dean and andy keep the catchy vocal but overdrive things in the synth department. their vast armoury of sounds and accomplished arrangement makes this mix one to be really proud of.
>in alto mare< was on of the biggest italian hits of the 80s performed by loredana berte - member of the biggest artists of all time - made in italy know this song. in 2004 >in alto mare< gets revisted and retwisted in a new millennium version produced by 2black feat. wendy lewis, who transformed the song in a bilingual song with funky lyrics and original italian chorus. and once again it was one of the biggest hits in summer 2004 and licensed worldwide in almost all countries. now its time again to revamp the song but this time in a pure jamie lewis & purple music style in collaboration with the visualboys & stefano mattara. the song has just been tested, and believe us its still amazing when you hear the whole club singing the song. italian does it better? yesssss!!!
support: sven väth, ricardo, raresh, l.garnier... annie and kroknes became romantically involved, and began to collaborate musically. annies talent for writing melodies and vocals worked well with krokness production skills. annie launched her solo singing career in 1999 with the single >greatest hit<. the song was recorded after annie played madonnas song >everybody< for kroknes, who was experiencing a creative block at the time. kroknes sampled the song, and annie started to sing a melody to it. they recorded and released the song under the telle label. the song saw a limited release of 500 7-inch singles, which sold out in two days.
2010 we are proud to present an new remix by tres (cocoon recordings, nummer).

one year later the label panacustica delivers a slamming second twelve inch rats mother followed by a brilliant prins thomas remix, plus a detroit inspired instrumental by stay gold, argentoÆs alter ego. the record opens with a dreamy version where a plucked string intro and rats voice drive you into a deep, cinematic, adult dance groove. this laid back, psychedelic track flows well beyond your usual dance floor act into eno-esque territories. prins thomass mix is faster, happier and jumpier. its an amazing balearic trip with a live warm feel to it in which a guitar plays along the melody, accentuating the spaced out feel of the track, lifting it into higher states. stay gold gives the listeners a techno version where sparse, mechanical drums and a minimized melody take us to the motor city (citta dei motori) for a night drive in the dark. own it, feel it, play it loud.
this vinyl features a groovy minimal techno/ tech house smasher from kassette s label heads click click and m_ferri - together as kassette boys. they focus on a hooky bassline, with a whiff acid and really catchy vocals. oliver $ (made to play) delivers a funky tech house mix while noreuil (kassette) focuses on a solid minimal/ techno groove

massive decks.de tipp!!! this is going to be one of the big summerbombs this year ! guido schneider & jens bond sticked together for this production. they created a driving techhouse tune, wich keeps you on the dancefloor because of its fabulous mixture of groove and hypnotic vocals. on the flip, we have a tiefschwarz remix, which is more into minimal. they created a new feeling by changing the vocals into something different and reducing the beats.
