support by charles siegling (technasia), daniel sanchez, renato figoli, jonas kopp, ade fenton!!superfat release for the motor of dmom which now runs on 10000 rpm! one of the best technotunes of last year from dee green now finally found the way on our vinyl and alex bau delivered a superb tech-remix for the track as it was his definite highlight in 2008.
this is the tune for getting spiced on the dancefloor! no more boring klicks and klacks, time for energy again, that s what alex must have felt when treating his gear in the studio while processing these two outstanding tracks. really remarkable techno again from alex bau, just as we are used to it and know from him for quite some time now. the tracks appear in a moderate design of sounds, avoiding to harsh and hard action, but the fierce leadsoud of wasabi tune vol 1 will surely make everybody moving, just as the usual suspects playing it already: stephan bodzin, liebing, technasia, perc, gary beck, florian meindl, mihalis safras, mr. beyer and many more. very very big tune! must have for this summer!
incl an excellent matthias meyer rmx !! big with nick curly, steve bug, lauhaus, robert dietz, livio & roby, mymy, solomun, tigerstripes, thomas schumacher, agnes, brendon moeller, gorge, afrilounge, kiki, stever lawler, h.o.s.h., milton jackson, shonky, laurent garnier, ian pooly and many many more
carl sagan back on go!freitag with another nice shuffled piece of techno. while his own mix fits more the little bit moody, groovy samstag-side, alex bau again delivers a remix for mr. sagan for the more edgy technofreitag
played already by the usual famous suspects from adam beyer to chris liebing, felix kröcher, oliver huntemann or technasia who always grab out the tracks from alex the method tracks will again work on the floor for sure. alex trademark, his fat basslines, combined with clear and precise drumming gain the next level of colorful techno-entertainment these days. full method jacket is the one for the peaktime with atmo-changing breaks as triple chain method will delight all the fans of slower, groovy minimal techno
in our opinion alex bau is one of the best harder techno producers out there. his material over the last 5 years has been both energetic and groundbreaking. his material for zenit has been particulrly good and this is new release is is no exception. both tracks are different but equally effective. the a side is a driving hard edged techno cut with its pounding kick drum and sharp percssion. the track is punctauted with catchy synth riffs and stabs to great effect. the flip side is truly monstrous with its dark dirty warehouse feel and fat sub bass and string edits. great, great record
supported by dubfire, solee, markus kavka, toni rios, dubnitzky, laurent garnier and many more.. trendy electro sounds mixed with melancholic sounds affected by detroit
support by: adam beyer, technasia, chris liebing, perc, brian sanhaji... side b from tokyo are the guys being responsible for a huge follow up release on kumo. a very interesting definition of modern flavoured techno, rolling and stomping at the same time. hazakura changes it character several times, turning from a groovebased effectmachine into a spacy peaktime-track while daybreak more focusses on the crunchy side of minimal techno. the tracks already caught the attention of alex bau so that he delivered a bau-like bass-driven technoremix for hazakura.
alex bau with the long awaited follow up after his credo album in 2007. this time alex delivers a technoid release on only 123 bpm, but still featuring his energyful, bassdriven and floormoving style..check it
alex bau with the long awaited follow up after his credo album in 2007. finally credo turns to be not only the album, but now alex own labelplatform to perform his musical diversity. this time alex delivers a technoid release on only 123 bpm, but still featuring his energyful, bassdriven and floormoving style. high quality, premium techno for the hot times during the night.
another two tracker from one of the few real technoproducers who have resisted against the minimal overkill. beside his recent works for clr and the continuing credo-series, alex found some time to throw out another high quality technopiece on reduced bpms, but lots of energy
for the 19th clr release we welcome alex bau, an old acquaintance who delivers two perfect peak time, little bit minus flavoured minimal techno weapons
alex bau has simply blown us away with the quality of the releases on his credo label. the first 4 were extremely wel received and played by many top techno djs across the globe. this 5th and final part in the series yet again demonstrates his talent as he lays down 2 fat bombs
following the success of the you know remix of samuel l sessions velvet track that came out on elplast eyar we now have this very limited edition alex bau remix of the same track. alex does his thing to it by utilising all the main parts such as the pitch bend bassline and cool synth sounds but also adds his own dark techno menace to the proceedings
alex bau has succeeded in creating a truly awesome brand with the credo imprint. the first 3 relases have all been extremely highly acclaimed and have been working extremely well on the techno floors across the world. this release again is truly cutting edge with the a side being a distorted bass heavy techno monster with its heavy rumbling bass and very cool 3/4 drum rhythm. on the flip we are treated to another blistering cut as this time the influence is old school elctro with its rolling break groove and heavyweight bass and synth sounds.
track 6 and 7 in alex baus credo series.. the 2 tracks have a perfect blanace with the a side being a barnstorming piece that builds around a simple nagging synth line and driving groove. on the flip there is a blissed out minimal masterpiece with dubbed out maurizio like chords and deep bass.
its quite refreshing when a new label imprint comes along and the first release absolutely blows us away. this is a new sub label of zenit being organised by none other than alex bau. the sound is a refreshing take on techno with the tracks leaning heavily more towards a modern minimal sound but with still enough in to pack a serious punch on the dancefloor. the first release is a breathtaking 2 tracker from alex bau himself. the first thing that strikes you is the level of production with the a side, a deeper minimal tune with outstanding soundscapes and dubbed out basslines for the after hours set. the flip being a driving pulsey techno floor burner with acidic riffs and a seriously groovy bassline and percussion pattern
after more than one year of abstinence from the circuit the toneman label comes back with two really phat pumpin acid tech smasher produced by labelowners alex bau & sven dedek !!!
as the first pre-release of his first solo album, alex bau appears on toneman with the track 'difference' of the album 'connected', together with a remix of tony rohr, definitely the right man for groovy techno. everything new, everything fresh at the home of mr. bau, and he goes for even more, trying to reflect his dj-style on his album
alex ketzers newest ep >fourth face< follows up right in the footsteps of his previous installments, continuing the cologne-based producers endeavour of blurring the line betwixt abstract-adjacent techno and moody atmospherics through intricate narratives and vibrant motion. as ever with ketzer, sound design is a matter of vital balance and focussed devotion, and no effort is spared in the sculpting of this dialogue between complex, slo-evolving soundscapes and surgically executed rhythms that unfolds as one fascinating audio-origami of sorts.
match made! between poet alex deforce and azertyklavierwerke more specifically. over a runaway beat, they seem intent on taming the search for love, or anything that smells like it from far or near.
alex deforce & charlotte jacobs are overtaking emptyness in shades of silence. language has something to say here. voices combined in poetic levels of belgitude. poetry rewriting days and nights
limited box edition. alex font is the essence of this new label minimaler factory, besides being a precious friend whom with it was overdue to create a story on vinyl together. being as much impressive as a stunning performer, as an ace producer, as a fantastic musician, a dedicated mastering engineer as well as a fascinating music teacher, this is nevertheless first and foremost by his incredible human side that he is even more standing out. this first album from alex font has been imagined since 2020 as a collector item in and out, it is a significantly meaningful release for us which will be available as a very limited boxed gatefold 190g edition.
