the third single from new york based stray current records is a slice of classic piano house. producer d. briggs is joined here by vocalist danhy clermont, who brings a warm, soulful mood to the track. for the a-side remix, briggs breaks the track down and gives it a minimal, electro-pop feel. then on the b-side, globe trotting dj and lets play house label boss, jacques renault delivers an amped up version that will bring the heat to the dance floor.

dolphin dance is the second release by d. briggs on the brooklyn based -stray current- label. on this limited run of 300 hand-stamped copies briggs combines driving dance beats with rough analog synth tones to create a set tunes that will move the floor. the title track has also been remixed by wt label owner willie burns. on his remix, burns strips the track down to the bone and drenches it in reverb, giving it a darker mood and a pummeling melody.
