wolkenbett ep is brought to you by claude steiner and yannick sardi. together they form elektro baboushka, a music project born as a result of the duo s close friendship and joint discovery of electronic music. inspired by bands like yello, kraftwerk, and depeche mode, elektro baboushka developed their own style: a blend of ambient and downbeat spiced with jazz grooves and minimal. musically trained in guitar and piano, claude plays the guitar and builds loops while yannick accompanies him with vocals and keyboard. wolkenbett ep features two massive originals and an intricately deep remix by sleep is commercial s andrea ferlin.

andrea vier debuts with a four-tracks ep onto ambiwa records catalogue bringing a mixture of house and techno through electronic soundscapes accompanied by different uplifted breakbeats and heavy bass. the title-track is enriched with a magical dark remix by the two shamans silky raven, aka jakob seidensticker and henrik raabe from the marvellous german trio wareika. all tracks are strongly treated by the warm hands of sawlin, well known techno producer and audio engineer from berlin. wish you to melt the thoughts within the weird atmosphere of this trip

row goes back to a collecting of field recordings that hirsch took for oerol, an annual theatre festival taking place on the west frisian island of terschelling / nl. the recording was taken aboard the arad, a lifeboat of the dutch rowing team roeiteam ter- schelling recreatie during a training exercise on 25 april 2011. the course stretched from the harbour of west-terschelling out into the wadden sea and back again. the focus is on the coxswain’s commands which resemble a funk singer’s ones and which make the team become one body working their way through the waters.

this is the debut album of swedish producer daniel andraasson, an artist that has both a sonically and artistic resemblance to the skudge family of labels and artists.
