rene provides tracks with obscure melodies full of feelings and ambient soundscapes, reminiscent of movie track called drums & kora. on the flipside we are proud to have a legend on the remix duties. jichael mackson provides his first remix after 11 years filled with his unique strong basslines giving a alternate dark & spacey version of rene’s original.

drawing its energy from the rapid waters of the bio bio river and its grace from viña del mar’s golden sand, a secret society was born. and with its first release we get to feel this newborn record label’s mission: to bring together contrasts and smoothly harmonise them. extending on the whole a side we find sit’ near jam, provocative on all our perception levels, with sudden rhythm changes yet still loyal to its silky soft percussion. on the flip side funk e and luc ringeisen collaboration your house proposes a rough and ruthless bassline, high paced by uber obsessive hi hats and subtly softened by dreamy melodic bubbles. and how to better close this release than placing our states of mind into juice and bread, an enigmatic high altitude minimal landscape imagined by cleymoore and joaquin lledoo, filled up with buzzing sounds and washed away by strange windy loops. so this is it! secret society chile revelled its plans to the world: stay true to its chilean roots and expand its visions to far outer-lands.

4 great minimal tracks. a couple of cumpas are brought together by showing their character within the music. etro hahn & liro have been producers for years delivering different nuances and rhythms within the world of electronic music. between 2010 and 2011 they released their first ep together which, was titled: “nortesur ep- for an irish label “elevation recordings” together with chris lattner + rampa & re.you. since, they have delivered multiple eps (vinyl and digital) and have been able to interpret the evolution of electronic music with dynamic projects, managing to combine the necessary sound they seek. we present a story that began with the discovery of ethical and electronic sounds, managing to guide these works to the memory of a town that changed in southern chile. zbroyi is proud to bring forth a journey from these chilenos.

we are excited to welcome another friend from abroad to the catalogue, paula tape. hailing from santiago, chile and residing in milan, italy, paula reveals her passion for rhythm through two distinctive cuts.

nova materia’s powerful, hypnotic music incorporates eerie sounds generated by raw and mineral materials (metal, rocks etc) to create tracks that are in turn hyper-rhythmic and dreamy, poised between postpunk rock and electronic dance music. the band’s sound is already making headway in festivals & clubs as well as in the visual arts & performance communities.
nova materia is a duet consisting of caroline chaspoul from france and eduardo henriquez from chile. the band was born three years ago from the ashes of panico, the chilean alternative rock group with which caroline and eduardo toured around the globe and released several albums. after two eps produced a.o. in collaboration with french producer chloé and her kill the dj label, nova materia have joined the likes of acid arab, konono n°1, juana molina, yasmine hamdan and matias aguayo on the crammed discs roster.
