nick is a highly-respected electronic music producer based in the uk, and probably best known for his work alongside richard polson as the 65d mavericks and their own label surface records. he also has a string or releases and remixes under his belt for others such as inceptive, downwards, coda & blueprint.

the subdivision return home to paradise lost with the open your eyes ep: epic vibes, hypnotic bass work, and complex programming manifest themselves as what might be considered their best work to date, and surely a production which defines their unique style for building cinematic tracks of epic proportions. the structure is trademark tsd: a beautifully drawn-out breakdown compliments the progressively building tension, leading to a thunderous climax toward the end. this tune is more of a journey than simply a dj tool (although its a treat to mix with), and djs such as bunzer0, djunya, 501 and claw have used it to devastating effect in the mix.

yukihiro fukutomi is a japanese house music producer who have released from jcr, king street and released from mule electronic under the name of foog. this is a single cut from his new album contact, its released in only japan. a side, open our eyes is a cover of marshall jeffersons house classic. he updated this great classic song to modern electric jazzy house version. its a simply bomb! b side, nesting is a deep, dubby house with freaky trumpet sound.this track is a similar style to dennis ferrer release on objektivity. very good dj tool for all around.
