distance drops the eighth edition of the scenes most definitive mix series. there are few in this arena with more bassbin credentials than greg sanders. since earliest productions dropped on lix corruptions and hotflush, hes been an integral architect of the halfstep sound, leading to releases on almost every bass label under the sun including his own chestplate institution. for this 25-track mix he drops no less than 12 of his own tracks, be it solo, as deleted scenes with pinch, or remixing the likes of tunnidge or above & beyond. theyre complemented by a ruck of tracks he can probably claim to have cast some influence over, counting lurching beasts from cyrus, j:kenzo, v.i.v.e.k and the others in their marked number. the programming is right, the mixing is tighter, gwan build a carrot and ignore the shouts from your mum.
