a1 - raining: calma opens up with a hypnotic rumbler! snaps and claps take us in, before the eery synths and floating pointesque keys punctuate and a squelqchy, distorted bassline rumbles beneath the surface, making you feel like you re at a party in a haunted church. a2 - cuattro: calma takes us on a tropical trip, with an infectious sun-filled groove looping over incessant layers of beat patterns that weave in and out of the track teasingly, driven along by a banging bass drum to keep you nodding. b1 - mr amarè: calma shows his love for acid house with an epic, ever-evolving influenced roller that blends together nearly every percussion instrument you could ever dream of. crashes, symbals and a cowbell drive it along, underscored by a seriously funky bass line and mysterious vocal sample that emerges halfway through tying it all together nicely. b2 - cuattro /juju & jordash rmx): juju and jordash take over the remix duties for calma. the dutch duo add their deep trademark sunshine inflected beats and sturdy basslines to the already tropical loop, while infusing swirling synths and strings that lead us in and out of the breakdowns and on to a late night, chilled-out dance floor.

cosmos 2043 is a wild, science fiction-themed library lp by french synthesizer wizard bernard fvre. released in 1977, fvre imagines a far future populated by space-age electronics and lush, vivid melody. this edition has also been treated to a remaster from the original tapes by fvre. the vinyl lp includes a download code.

more ultra rare disco-soul from the sunshine state! phillip wright only dropped 1 45 single under his own name on tk discos tiny dash label in 1976. long sought after & coveted by lovers of rare disco & modern soul *keep her happy* has never been reissued in its original 45 format, until now! often fetching around the $200 mark for a used copy this sublime slice of funk deserves to be heard by a wider audience, sadly phillip never achieved the commercial success of his sister betty but perhaps now this obscure single of his will make people hit the dancefloor in 2015! repressed, remastered & re-released in its original dinner 45 rpm format with all original dash records artwork intact in conjunction with joe stone / tk disco, miami fl.

after more than a year in the making we are almost ready to release the final chapter in psychemagiks magik series. due to incredible responses from the artists we contacted we ended up with more tracks than we needed for one album so it was decided to release magik sunset in two parts. both albums contain yet more of the long lost and obscure tracks that the previous compilations have presented and part one is now available on double vinyl in gatefold sleeve.

apart from the rush and hype all around electronic music these days, charmly embraced by the mighty black forrest, is the center of the badnerland, good old freiburg in germany. at first it may be hard to believe that there is more than just sunshine and wine this far south, but you would be surprised by the ever growing request for electronic music in this region. so at this point it just feels right to finally come up with a strong label throughout this exciting movement, you have guessed it: solide.
