Following the success of 2014 s II , Gala Drop are back with a new single, Nova . Side A comes mixed by their Principe Discos homies Niagara. We re in familiar Gala Drop territory here... floating psychedelic guitars & synths entwine with the deft drumming and intricate percussion, all weaving a psychedelic spell that transports you to the band s sunny world. On the flip Lisbon s maestro deejay Tiago takes us further into the same world, but via a different route. Soulful keys and gentle congas ease us down to the beach to soak in the future jazz.
