the year is 2010. mechanisms industries re-emerges from the tape studio after a hiatus and reconfiguration in preparation for the new release entitled antikythera mechanism. the antikythera mechanism is an ancient mechanical computer designed to calculate astronomical positions. for our purposes, we have re-calibrated the antikythera mechanism to calculate and assist in the programming of three deep, dark rhythmic techno tracks.
