the moscow duo is back with an other dose of hunted industrial techno punches. from a navy fit republic of love!

following the excellent single-sided heater from sharif laffrey, discos capablanca is back in action once again with odopt, previously only spotted on excellent swedish label born free. the record opens up with the ominous, dramatic tones of -belgrade-, all searing synth swells and bloated drums working towards some cinematic apocalypse scenario. on the b-side, -croque trans croque- has a cooler head but instead aims to unsettle with its off-key metal chimes atop a steady-ticking disco rhythm, and then -rex ingram- finishes the ep off with yet more surreal beatdowns that will send the party in a very interesting direction indeed.

tapan are back with their first release since their debut album europa. after that 2xlp emotional and epic journey they are now showing us again their dancier side with two cuts the beast (featuring serbian musician jan nemecek) and ghana. both tracks are not easy to categorize. perhaps industrial-inspired tribal-trance is the closest description, and yet somehow after listening to the tracks it feels like trying to put it in a box just dont do justice with the complexity of the music and its components. both tracks are remixed by 2 current favorites of the malka tuti crew - russian duo odopt who deliver an out-worldly idm monster of a remix to the beast, and italian-belgian duo front de cadeaux who pitches the track ghana even slower, adding more percussive grooves, a fat bassline and a whole lot of of sexiness to the brew.

i m a cliche provides the 3rd chapter of its edit service special delivery. this new 12- features 4 edits by moscovian dj and producer grisha nelyubin, also part of the odopt project, under his new moniker blind rape. using unexpected material, from percussive brazilian obscurities to lost french 80s tapes, ex-yugoslavian ebm or early 70s heavy krautrock, nelyubin delivers 4 powerful dancefloor friendly edits which already show a very personal touch.
