please find enclosed the latest body fusion release from label head bobby analog. for this record we have returned to our favoured format of three tracks spread across two sides. the a side features a foray into hip house with some sass and features lots of dx100 bass and m1 keys and strings. on the b side europa kicks things off with lots of juno arpeggiators, chords and 808’s in a homage to our italo friends. we finished things off on the flip with a twisted distorted warped love song. proceeds from the sale of this record go to the struggle to re-unify europe.

super dope compilation of vol 1, vol 2 and unreleased tracks by the somalian dur-dur band. the funk is strong on this.. heavy productions, lo-fi, tape hiss all over the recordings but still so much definition and dynamics. big tip!

over the last 20 years, tara rodgers has had a wide-ranging and prolific career as a multi-instrumentalist composer and music scholar. shes studied with sonic experimentalists maggi payne, fred frith, and pauline oliveros, shes self-released 6 lps and 6 eps of electronic music, and shes got tracks on move ds source records and the le tigre remix 12inch. the new fundamentals ep is her first release under the analog tara moniker in 15 years, delivering funky techno from analog sources.
