the second release from arc light editions is ingram marshalls *fog tropes / gradual requiem*, an essential reissue of this piece of modern composition from american composer ingram marshall, using brass, tape delay, serge synth and foghorn field recordings. originally released in 1984 on foster reeds influential new albion label (which also released work by john cage, pauline oliveros, and morton subotnik) it has not, until now, been made available again on vinyl.

midwest madness and wild windy city bop from chicago with this mega-rare gem from the bandera label. despite everyones best efforts, bandera 1302 failed to sell and consequently is now one of the most sought-after rockabilly originals, with collectors paying up to $1000 for a good copy. ingrams record was then leased to nashville-based todd records in 1959, although it was never released. on the flip benny ingrams backing band the sidewinders lead by rick emerson throw down a dirty guitar surf instrumental. two very tough tracks with two smokin guitar breaks. on snowball white coloured vinyl. very limited repress. played by dj keb darge , steve jones (sex pistols) and cut chemist.
