the consumer seems to bring up some 'advisory' with a wide range of styles going from the simple and raw oldschool side of electro to the more fine and digital sound combined with a lot of mad and dark lyrics that brings each track a little higher. 6 very different tracks with a lot of surrealism and 3rd dimension and still you find some tracks with a simple structure - keeping it all down to earth. the consumer-sound can be described as a unique atmospheric, but yet very dry and sharp sound that includes alot of small crazy elements

dieses mini-album wurde im winter 2017 und 2018 geschrieben und aufgenommen, basierend auf den aufnahmen einiger improvisations-sessions im studio der heimband seit ihrem umzug nach berlin anfang 2016. die hauptinspiration konzentrierte sich auf die fortlaufenden fäden des zusammengebrochenen Ökosystems und die ungerechtigkeiten von mutter natur und tieren. -circulation- sollte ihre täglichen sorgen erfassen und das destruktive menschliche verhalten durch ihre klänge zeichnen.

for his new release on nona records brooklyner max ravitz changes the formula again and delivers five spirited acid electro tracks. the ep will be out at the end of august supporting his european summer dates. for the past several years ravitz has been keeping up his production of house and techno music via different outfits like inhalants, masks, or pulpo and most notably patricia with his last year’s release – an epic 3lp record – ‘several shades of the same color’. his recent effort called ‘free lunch’ explores one of the directions presented on the album, however this time adding more color in the palette.

if there is one album that we would take with us an a desert island its this one. the worst of krtm is one of the most refreshing records we have heard in a long time. perfectly blending industrial techno and hardcore to one unique beautiful/terrifying work of art. we could almost write a book on how unique and great this album is but lets just stop here and let the music do the talking. all hail krtm!
