bla bla music is coming up with something new, something special. the upcoming 3 releases will be colored vinyl, they will be released one after another. in a later stage they will come out as a box. this special set will be called ryb. the records will be totally in red, yellow and blue with matching artwork in the exact same colour. the releases will be done by swiss producer digitaline, the german christian burkhardt and slovenian valentino kanzyani. all heavyweights with an impressive discography. each release will be supported with remixes of digitaline, daniel sanchez, silat beksi, pascal benjamin or vincenzo perez. every release will come out as 300 limited copies including a plastic sleeve.

valentino kanzyani has been producing spellbinding electronic dance for well over a decade, but its perhaps on *psiamsterdam* that the slovenian dj and producer has created some of most his hallucinatory and psychedelic work to date. the sleeve depicts a kaleidoscopic blend of amphibians and mushrooms in splashes of vibrant colour, a fitting visual to the music contained within.

kanzler & wischnewski came together in 2009 in order to make common cause regarding djing and producing. while one of them comes from the bavarian nuremberg and the other one is located in berlin, both of them have found a way to combine both cultures - by simply not doing it.

maybe there is no such thing as an autobiographic song in electronic dance music but valentino kanzyanis 33 certainly comes as close as it gets. marking the artists 33rd birthday in 2008 – the christs years as one would say in his home country of slovenia – the record was intended as a symbolic milestone in his highly successive career. as an artist who loves being surrounded by a crowd in professional as well as in personal life kanzyani soon began organizing huge birthday parties where he performed together with his friends. the sets were readily released on promo records, which received a lot of attention. finally, kanzyani & tomy declerque took it a step further by canalising the motivating atmosphere of their summer performance into a full-fledged studio release.

this is a monster track driven by a huge analogue bassline and has been at the start of carl coxs set for about a year. the b side is also a masterpiece of party techno with a very clever bassline drop. it has been hammered by eddie halliwell and fergie and like generation gap on rotation is another crossover monster. what a record!!
