die berlinerin meggy ist nun schon seit langem eine gefeierte djane und sängerin, die sich mittlerweile mit einer reihe großartiger soloveröffentlichungen auch als produzentin einen namen gemacht hat. erst im mai deisen jahres kam ihre times ep auf suol heraus, für die sie nicht nur eine menge lob und dj-support einheimste. jetzt ist sie zurück mit einer weiteren neuen ep – welcome to the v.

meggy hat es weit gebracht, seitdem sie in den clubs ihrer heimatstadt berlin zu singen und platten zu drehen begann. nachdem sie daraufhin auch als co-produzentin, mit u.a. mit releases an der seite von till von sein und ardalan in erscheinung trat, lag ihr fokus darauf, ihren housesound mit einer leidenschaft für melodien und vocals ganz allein zu produzieren, seit 2013 veröffentlicht sie solo-eps. mittlerweile felsenfest in der berliner szene etabliert, nicht nur als dj und sängerin sondern auch als produzentin, gleicht jedes jahr einer achterbahnfahrt. und da hochwertiges material wie diese ep auf regelmäßiger basis erscheint, wird sich die situation 2018 wohl auch kaum beruhigen.
