this is the third tuning spork blues experiment. inspired by legends like miles davis and modern day techno producers like dandy jack, andreoni is forging wacked out new house sounds, in the true spirit of jazz. this ep is no exception, and it shows why the likes of ricardo villalobos believe that signor andreoni is an amazing musician. to begin the experiment, andreoni jams you deep into space, with some seriously fucked up effects that will have you hiding under your bedclothes. sleepover is perhaps the most techno cut on this release, but the deep haze of dub still remains, over a banging percussive track. on members the melodies are perfect as you expect from signor andreoni, and here the acid line is more prominent in the mix, over deep warbling bass notes. in borderline, nothing is as it seems. melodies fall down cliffs into weird drones, and everything seems a little skewed. this completes a 4 track ep from a unique talent in the world of deep electronic house music, with 4 distinctive colourful tracks that take the genre far away from the middlebrow. make sure you check out our third tuning spork blues experiment, even if you spent most of science class using bunsen burners as water pistols

after 3 succesfull releases, this label has slowly proven it self. stephane signore, the headhoncho of the label, has gathered a nice selection of artists around the label so far. wehbba, hertz, pedro delgardo, reaky and others. this 4th release is the next stephane signore single. on this release he has delivered 2 absolute monster tracks, and asked reaky and lars klein to deliver their remixes. lars klein brings his 2008 minimal inspired techno burner. clicks and bits with a techno attitude. reaky, one of the most succesfull new comers to this game, takes it into a completely other direction, a well funky tribal explosion with a subtle throbbing bassline vibe. proper, rolling techno for the masses!

nice price deal !!! featuring vinyl exclusive track! signor andreoni and alessio mereu team up yet again for another solid effort as bunkers! although they have just formed this year, this italian superduo has already released three eps, with their most recent finding itself at the #1 position on richie hawtins chart for september. aside from his work in bunkers, mereu has appeared on a variety of labels like cmyk, harthouse and toys for boys. meanwhile, producer and classically trained guitarist andreoni is known for his releases (both solo and in collaboration with samim) on tuningspork. from the swelling tension of >holding back< that evokes suppressed love, to the staccato onomatopoeia in >please say whoo<, to the swingy and syncopated soul of >back to reality< – its clear that bunkers have mastered the house tradition of tension, buildup and release.

occasionally jay haze will take some time away from his productions on contexterrior to release music with other labels like leftroom and desolate, or he ll provide a mix for fabric. here, in 2014, jay haze debuts on soul clap - and brings some friends with him. these friends are signor andreoni, an italian producer that s not released a solo record since 2010 (his last was with haze) and the unknown jordy lockruf. -take a dip- is a new-school cut of retrospective italo with those moaning synths perfect for a rimini dancefloor, while the two joints with lockruf provide one clunky, slide guitar twanging disco jam and a shuffling house cut that ever so lightly verges on electro swing - but not too much!
