trevino aka marcus intalex joins recent aus signings recloose and cassy with his casino ep. marcus intalex is widely known for making ground breaking drum and bass. in 2011 he started the trevino alias to feed his desire to get back to his roots and rekindle his 4 to the floor spirit. this new phase of his career propelled him to move to berlin where hes continued to develop a hugely impressive discography thats included releases on ben klocks klockworks and martyns 3024. casino brings together three deftly structured and dance floor focused tracks that blur the boundary between house and techno in true trevino fashion.

prologue continues with the portefeuille series and present with number 3 new prologue faces for this release. first is etapp kyle, recently released on ben klocks clockworks with an unbelievable emotional techno track. second is a complete new producer face from italy called mod21. mod21 delivers a biological living techno monster. last on the ep are artefakt know the dutch field recordings with deepest melancholic grooves for the dance floor. we are very exited about this release and we are sure we see all soon again on prologue.

the mysterious rod enterns the balans arena with an uncompromising, abstract techno affair. little can we tell you about this mysterious character. only that a famous dj from rodterdam is behind this alter ego and that he did a very well received ep on ben klocks klockworks earlier this year.
the music coming from this persona is one hundred percent puristic, stripped down, dj tool techno. with a capital t you have seen that right! no nonsense hypnotism as we rarely see it nowadays. three or four sounds per track, each pushed and stretched inside out for maximum result. these tunes are made for dark, strobe lid cellars or underground techno temples such as berghain.
techno is back and this is about as abstract and underground as it gets. we look forward to release more rod records in the future.

altogether lost is a collaboration between the bristol based experimental techno duo emptyset and the detroit vocalist cornelius harris aka atlantis from underground resistance. inspired by an early 20th century poem of mystical heritage, the project marks the first ever joint production by these three major capitals of electronic music and is backed up by a very friendly and creative label partnership between emptysets label multiverse and clr from berlin/germany where both labels are going to release different versions of remixes of the original in a mutual promotion and release approach. clr started this series with the release of the stunning original and a slamming remix by chris liebing and now follows up with a ben klock remix and a very deep and atmospheric interpretation by ripperton.

after the success of >slow burn< as well as the licensing of >dirt< to mr. ben klocks berghain mix compilation, echologist returns with another slice of psychedelic dub techno with remixes by frances techno king terence fixmer and arguably moscows finest producer, anton zap. the original mix is a slowly builds into a blaze of cavernous chord changes and a 4/4 groove powered by an unelenting sub bass. the distinctive sound of this track is what seperates echologist from all the other dub techno composers out there. terence fixmer takes the elements and transforms them into his signature techno workout that packs as much punch as it does finesse while anton zap strips things down and builds a super spacious hypnotic house groove that has become a trademark of his ethereal sound. all round another essential release from echologist.
