straight through your veins – thats how we like techno and thats his prime discipline. dave tarrida once again proves his sense for legendary blunt techno sound. without hesitating, he smashes out 4 tearing tracks as his new album release on snork enterprises. it’s like he unveils a relentless confession for genuine nonstop techno sound. each of the 4 new tracks bears this dirty industrial feeling that turns the club into a rave cathedral. and you simply wanna pray for more. plus, it will be the first vinyl release by snork enterprises with a freshly new design, which will stick out of your record rack for sure, of course very snorky!
if you are wondering what the artist wanted to tell you by choosing this title, we will give you a small hint: it’s a cynical statement on something that for sure every party promoter has experienced at some point. the rest, we will leave up to your imagination… in real life, there’s no mercy – neither is when it comes to the sound of this new snork release by syntax error. the four new tracks with meaningful names are not only a social criticism and another artistic processing of the current development of the techno scene, but also a classic syntax error: rough, tricky and good to groove. each track stands on its own, telling another story. “collateral cosmopolitan” is a straight forward piece with a highly memorable beat talking about the uniformity that is creeping in the waiting lines of more and more techno clubs. “i wear my grandpa’s glasses” presents a totally dodgy sound, which might be a little oldschool and even a little irritating – just like some fashion items you encounter on today’s big city streets. “no fog is no solution” is a tight song that definitely needs some good fog and a harsh strobe. and finally, the last track sounds like a futuristic fairy tale from outer space looking on the world as if it is a “society bathysphere”.
his sound is a trademark. no other techno artist manages to combine influences from various genres such as hip hop, dubstep, or ragga in such an inspiring way as the edinburgh-based hardware master mr. neil landstrumm. and here he comes with 2 new stunning tracks on snork 85. again, take it up and the place are a striking interaction of a multitude of different acoustic elements, full of intoxicating new sound patterns assembled by neils very distinctive signature style dynamic, rough and thrilling. its clearly nothing less than four forceful techno anthems infused by influences from dubstep and grime, which make you rock steady all night long.

snork060: sender berlin - deep field transmission (alexander kowalski remix)
snork069: phil kieran - shred beef
snork070: youngman & landstrumm - fry up ep
there s no time to waste. it s the very first beat that hits the groove. no twisting and turning. from the very start, this track enters your pulse and builds up a marvelous world of sounds lead by a powerful beat. in this fantasyland of electronic music, each tune has its duty and appears exactly when it should. as in a kaleidoscope, every arrangement is turning easily into a manifold composition of colorful sounds that complete each other perfectly and create a beautiful ensemble. smooth transitions pull you through this miraculous sphere of sound that in spite of all playfulness never forgets to groove. with its variety, “watching you” strikingly reveals the broad musical repertoire of both artists good groove and ronald christoph. of course, snork enterprises could not resist releasing this unique good groove piece
welcome to the dark side. where chaos is the constant, distortion forms the standard and frontiers are built out of opaque shadows. mumbling voices are hunting you through a maze of creepy synthesizer sounds. welcome to antifuse. with their latest release, the berlin-based duo nerkkirn are following their path of experimental techno sounds, this time leading into dark shades of whirring electronic sounds. by creating a gloomy, yet groovy tune, antifuse builds up a perfectly conductive path within the unique sound system of snork enterprises. like a mysterious rollercoaster, four versatile tracks are pulling you into a vague ride through various spheres of electronic sounds. starting off with high speed into the deep and gloomy mines of underground techno, dipode unfolds its dark side in full blast. moving forward, antifuse chases you upside down on a roaring bass line merging into electronichangover. there, in a reduced atmosphere of sound, subtle tunes still forcefully keep pushing you through an odd darkness until everything, then, flows into a slight glow at the end of the tunnel - reversebias.

born in stuttgart in 1987, grew up with hip hop music, high school in fine arts, study of aviation and space technology, teacher of drums and percussion, active as a drummer in a classical orchestra, co-founder and artworker of the renowned common sense people event series & resident dj at the club rocker 33 in stuttgart, music repertoire includes hip hop, pop, indiependent, folk, classical and electronic music. his musical design can be best described as opposites attract with attention to the everlasting basic principle: as little as possible, as much as necessary or better: if no girl is dancing, i have made something wrong!
entirely off the safe path, nonconformity and badass sounds are merging for snork #72 to send the ultimate sos for genuine techno. snork enterprises meets remute out in left field with three tracks not only to save our souls, also to save our sound of raw, underground techno. in a distorted space of sound, eclectic morse-codes come floating while persistent base lines keep the machines running. sirens sound and tortured steel is building up a sphere of vibrating noise spreading all over the hull and sustainedly screaming for sos. soaring beats forecast the last burst of strength. a freak wave of forceful sounds is rearing up. scared minds are facing the darkness of endless depth, still longing for the last beam of moonlight. yet, the all-embracing wall of infinity is merciless closing the entire surface. in an ambience of distortion, finally everlasting silence is drawing through the dark deepness devouring every vivid glance. from the distance down below there remains one inward echo - the ultimate sos.
get ready for the fry-up by snork 70. for the anniversary release, no one less than neil landstrumm and bill yougman are turning the heat up, serving two joint tracks and two solo ones by mr. neil landstrumm, finally getting right back to his very techno roots. what you finally get on the plate is a steaming snork signature ep.
as hard-line as the title threatens, as martial as the artwork displays, as genuine as techno can be - with his latest release on snork enterprises, phil kieran has created a tremor and once again proves his uncompromising unique sound, for this time somewhere in between iron relentlessness and poisonous composure. in a somewhat extrapolation of *totally snorked* his second release on snork enterprises *shred beef* sharpens his tune up to the peak of intransigently pulsation, with a whiff of *i think i m a monster*. marching up front with its bass-line, his new tracks pursue a sound that mirrors the mercilessness of true underground techno. pure. harsh. dont give a shit!
here we go with the *eine stadt frisst ihre helden* e.p., four rough and raw techno machines down from the evil subsea dungeons by the label head himself aka syntax error. every track tells a story out of the snorky life from christian in snorkcity giessen! el expreso de cerveza, do a beer pub tour in giessen and you definitely know that this means. *mad insomnia causing insects* contains samples which are provided by mad matze from his south america holiday, real monster quadrills noice! if this is not freaking you out, the *freak wave* will do, breaking over your head that crashes you on the deepest underground as possible. if this is not enough, enjoy some *döret talk* from the backstage! more dört that you can expect! this e.p. absolutely says eat my shorts and go fuck yourself! to be or not to be snorky! that is the question!
the most people know his snork enterprises releases under his alias laufmasche, the *deep lay e.p.*, the *foreign funk* release or the *talk like a fool* 12 inch. he also hit the streets with his tracks for relax2000 records or hamburg based eminor, and played dj or live sets from frankfurt, kassel, berlin, hamburg all over germany or also up to peking which was really a special experience for him. now he is back on snork enterprises, the first time with his alter ego samuel fach! get freaked!

snork enterprises welcomes niedeflur with 3 new tracks of the cologne duo. niederflur (hannes wenner and christopher bleckmann) are among the first acts on m-nus since the early days. sharing eight years of the labels history, niederflur-releases have come a long way from the first series of 12inches, inspired by the cologne subway system, appearing very fragmented and conceptual, to their highly regarded releases such as >din<,>typo ep<, lumen ep (archipel) and the latest highly acclaimed >neue heimat ep< on their own label niederflur tracks. working together on their music for over twelve years, christopher and hannes never went for the easy option, always staying true to their very own sound-universe built around ground-shaking basslines and forcing drumpatterns. their constantly lucid sound, known to be very defined and deep, has experienced some major development to a more impulsive style over the years. the experience of performing live profoundly changed their approach to their niederflur productions embracing whatever mood there is to find in a club and building their sets from there. focused, intense, somewhat radiating dark light and stacking intricate sounds high into the night skies, niederflur finds a way to push things forward without driving the listener away.
tanaka hideyukis music style is machine noise of disjointed, it is opposite electronic music around electronic music, imaginative, deep grooves of experimental funk. first released in 2004 from mos ferry productions minicompilation >4 on 10<. first solo ep >avant glam< released from a mos ferry in 2005. in addition, phrikkel & fehlerfunk unit phööptärt acts. watch out for this record with its very effective futurist dance music.

dagtekin & schachta with their second release on snork enterprises. last time they were supported by denmarks martinez who is known from lo-mid-high, re:connected, moon harbour, this time, side b contains a super progressive remix by remute aka denis karimani, known for his productions for labels like ladomat, turbo, einmusik, perc trax etc etc and especially known from his recently released burning track zuendli known from his own imprint remute records which is also distributed at straight distribution. the remixversion of mental spiral is the next burning remix on snork enterprises to fire a party! side a contains two track from the records acts, both a mixture of extrawelt and zimmermann if you really need to describe it. atmosphere carried from a deep deep bass...this tracks are so deep that darkness would blind you. snork18 as the follow up for this giessen-istanbul project.... supported by: richie hawtin, remute, monkey b, syntax error, norman, mr. statik, matt digby, tim green

here we go with three new tracks by jens zimmermann on snork enterprises records. this release is mechanic and organic in one way, also kind of robotic and humanoid. roboter eins and roboter zwei are two zimmermann subbass movers for the clubs. thrust and power on each side of the vinyl release
berk offset played this track live at a party. the clattering sounds got to my ears and i remembered some parties in the past when i was in a dark club…only walls of concrete, pipes, rusty iron and steel. so i wanted to keep this associations caught on a 12 inch. this track brings you the power and tension of industry noises and sounds shaped and bend into a straight beat, just pure machine music. phil kieran s remix is the clean industry hydraulic version with an up-building tension and massive punchy bass drums in a more modern computer controlled robot system instead of a steam pressured, oiled and greased gear wheels using machine like in berks original version. but both tracks will put you under pressure in their own special way!

previously featured on clever music, and our very own feinwerk imprint, budapest based producer pakt dishes up the latest instalment of snork with two fine cuts of techno house. samba shakers and deep synth stabs initiate the proceedings on >oktagon< weaving their way into a hypnotic groove. >astoria< is a minimal masterpiece, breaking out futher latin percussion and freaky vocal groans whilst a chugging bassline drives on forward. old school flavours are added with the introduction of retro synth hits.
supported by: remute, mark hawkins, syntax error, norman, dave tarrida, samklang, laufmasche, phöptäärt ...
snork enterprises director general syntax error returns once more to snork with two fine funky flavours to further your freeform movements on the dancefloor.
>norflop poseidon< begins with a collection of abstract beats which soon collect themselves into a bass heavy rhythm. broken beats collide with the minimal groove, and dx drones soon give way to solid digital clunks giving us something genuinely new and different.
>oceanic amcom< returns us to more conventional beat structures backed up with more fm synthesis taking us on a journey into deep electronic sounds. snares and rattles then intervene, and the fm bass gets deeper, taking us into a bouncing, delay filled funk.
two fresh funk filled cuts from the snork grand master himself, play them loud!
cristian vogels >crust cloud chunks (as featured last may on snork 20), gets the remix treatment from two great artists - radio slave and dave tarrida - both of whom show off their best tricks, and finest moments for the hot restart after the summer break of snork enterprises - backed up with further remix support from snork enterprises chief executive, syntax error.
