for that second split ep, we welcome again two young producers from the french scene. on your right, voiron, already seen on cracki records or rave or die, who composed for that ep two powerful tracks with devastating doom kicks. on your left, botine, who signs his first release with two -sensitive acid- tracks as he describes it himself.

a lush 90s vibe haunts this first offering by new parisian talent voiron, but not one of simple nostalgia - one of real class. the glittering layers, futuristic architecture and spaceship motions of opener -radôme- bear the true density of some early warp and reflex classic productions. one doesnt need to go any further to feel that the sleek skyline and mental landscapes voiron draws here might be the natural extension of those started by aphex twins selected ambient works or even 808 states hacienda dance cuts.

after having spent most of his time with house to the people voiron decided to dedicate himself to his solo project. being a fan of the braindance scene and the reflex & warp records of the early years, voiron tries to follow the footprints of his idols (afx, dopplerefekt, lfo, global gon). all these influences lead him to produce an electronic music uninhibited from zero to one milliard bpm.this is with the support of artists like photonz (one eyed jacks) and meetings with his cyber friends minimum syndicat, le matin, daxyl, glass figure - that voiron was encouraged to produce music 2 years ago. releasing his last ep on concrete music and the following one on cracki records in april, you will have difficulty avoiding him and his tb clone in a near future
